I was reviewing my events that are imported from my Google Calendar and not all of the events are imported. This is my Google Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render#main_7%7Cmonth-3+24222+24259+24225
If you look at May 3, 2017 at 6pm it shows “Elders Elect Dinner..” but if I look at my calendar in word press that is imported from the google calender. That event is not there. I tried to rerun the import but it is still not there.
The Growing through Grief Event was also missing on that day so I added it manually.
April 18, 2017 at 7:32 am #1271092AndrasKeymasterHello Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m sorry you are having an issue with the imports. Let me help you figure this one out.
Unfortunately the google calendar link you shared is a generic link, so for me it opens my google calendar. Could you possibly share the URL that you are trying to import with Event Aggregator? And if your google calendar is publicly accessible, then a link to that would also be helpful – maybe in a private reply.
Please also be so kind to share with me your system information, here’s a guide on how you can do that easily. This will enable me to give you better support.
Thanks and cheers,

I have the option turned on to share information with you. Let me know if I need to share it with you privately!
April 19, 2017 at 6:50 am #1271568devdeptParticipantI also ran the preview of the import and the events show up they are just not being imported.
April 19, 2017 at 9:18 am #1271672AndrasKeymasterHello Nick,
Thanks for sharing those links.
I ran a test with the google calendar link you provided and the events imported without issue.
I can think of one scenario when the events don’t import. That is when they have been imported before and then marked as ignored. So they are not visible on your site and are not being imported updated.
You can hide it with clicking on that: https://cloudup.com/cDbN_KY3e6r
You can look at your hidden / ignored events and restore them here: https://cloudup.com/cvzCUUdyC-8
Check and let me know if you find them there.
Cheers,

There are 43 entries in my ignored list and all but 4 of the entries have old dates. This does not resolve my issue since these events have not been hidden. I really hope that you can look at this today.
Thank you!
April 19, 2017 at 11:27 am #1271806devdeptParticipantI only have 5 items in the trash and they are not the ones that are missing.
April 20, 2017 at 7:39 am #1272157AndrasKeymasterHey Nick,
Imported events, when deleted, they don’t go to the trash, but to the ignored list.
Please give me some time while I get an extra set of eyes to take a look at this.
Thanks,

April 20, 2017 at 1:07 pm #1272367devdeptParticipantThere are over 1500 events in the preview and only 5 are updated and 1 is added each time it runs. It is very strange. We have 6 items in the trash and 43 ignored events which are mostly old events.
April 24, 2017 at 4:32 am #1273328AndrasKeymasterNick, I am running some tests on the import. I ask for a bit of patience until I report back with my findings.
Thanks,
AndrasApril 25, 2017 at 6:36 am #1273997devdeptParticipantHello Andras,
I’m not sure what happened but now my photo view on the events page is showing as one long column rather than 3 columns as it did before. Did you change something? If so, could you please change it back? The client is getting restless, especially with the delay in fixing the import (which I understand takes some time).
April 27, 2017 at 3:15 pm #1275464AndrasKeymasterHi Nick,
I have checked your site (https://www.shallowford.org/calendar/?tribe_event_display=photo&tribe-bar-date=2017-05) and found all good and working with the photo view. Is it under a different URL? Can you send me a direct link so I can take a look at the issue.
Usually the 1 column thing can happen if there is some invalid or broken html markup in one of the events descriptions. In this case removing (setting to draft) the faulty event can help.
I did run some test on the feed you gave me and I discovered a little bug. On the import preview page if you only list 5 events, and click the “select all” checkbox, then despite the text saying “Selected 1249 rows” only the visible (5) rows are selected and thus imported / updated.
Try not selecting any events and simply click the “Import all” button.
Does this solve it?
Andras
April 28, 2017 at 8:29 am #1275811devdeptParticipantI am trying to run a scheduled job. Not from preview. It worked in the past and just stopped. Can you run this for me where it will update more than 5 events? If it works, will you send me instructions with screen shots of what you have done?
