    After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.

    With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.

    We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so.  Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.

    In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.

    If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.

    Thanks for your patience here.

    So you mention that you’ve been able to narrow the problem down to conflict with the S3 Offload plugin. Could you please share with us, in a private reply, a copy of the plugin?

    Also, please share with us the CSV file you are trying to import and let us know as much as you can about how to reproduce the issue.

    We’ll run some tests on our end and see what we can find.

    Hi Anne,

    Thanks for following up.

    You will need to use the same Facebook account (that you used to create the events in Facebook) when connecting Event Aggregator with Facebook.

    You can refresh your connection with Facebook by navigating to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab and click Refresh your connection to Facebook.

    do you have a topic how to connect facebook with google calendar, I could try to import facebook event this way ?

    Unfortunately, we don’t have anything like that, but I know you can export an individual Facebook event and then add it to your Google Calendar, which you’ll then be able to import using Event Aggregator.

    Hi Robert!

    Thanks for coming back with your system information.

    I’ve checked our internal bug reports and there was a bug in previous versions of our Event Tickets Plus plugin that caused the ticket capacity to decrease when using EDD, but I can confirm it is already fixed in our latest 4.7.2 version which you are currently using.

    However, if you have events that were affected by this bug, the capacity for them would not be automatically fixed.

    Could you please try creating a new test event with some tickets using Shared Capacity and make some test purchases for it? After that navigate a few times to the edit event page for that event and see if the capacity shows correctly.

    As always, I recommend to use <u>staging site</u> for this purpose so you don’t disrupt the live site.

    Hi Claire,

    Thanks for following up with this.

    The only thing I can think of that would give some control over the number of instances for a recurring event is the Create recurring events in advance for setting you can find by navigating to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > General tab.

    You can determine how far in advance recurring events will be created. Of course, this is not per event but a global setting for all recurring events, but it will at least give you some control over them.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.

    Event tickets does not currently support RSVP or tickets for recurring events.

    If you want to add tickets for a specific instance of a recurring event, you can break the instance out of its series and then add the tickets to it.

    Do bear in mind this will unlink the event from the recurring series, which is something you can’t undo.

    We are always looking for ways to improve how we give support, so your feedback is highly welcome and will be much appreciated.

    I’d be happy to help you with this topic.

    If you have an event with some test purchases and you need to clear all these out, you will have to delete the attendees and the orders too. Additionally, you may have to manually edit the ticket capacity so it shows up the correct one.

    We suggest that you create a separate event for test purposes, and we also suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things without disrupting the live site.

    If you still encounter problems with your event, please share with us a link to it and send us some screenshot so we can have look and see if we spot anything that would indicate something is not working.
