ParticipantI open this discussion again because the second one spent so much time without an answer from me that was closed (I opened the discussion on March 6):
The last answer from Patricia on March 15 was this:
Hi Renato,
Thanks for sending us the screenshot! Based on your description, I believe you are right: It doesn’t seem that there is a specific option in that area triggering the error, specially because the error persisted even when you used the exact same setup as I did. It looks like there’s some sort of conflict happening and preventing your Map view calendar to display properly.
Before we proceed, could you please make sure that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date? The latest versions are 4.6.12 and 4.4.24.2, respectively.
If the problem persists after the update, could you please temporarily deactivate all of your plugins (except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) and change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen , create a new venue using one of the addresses that are currently not showing up in your map view calendar and let me know if the issue persists after that? Don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything.
Please let me know your test results.
Thanks!
Patricia
I did exactly as she told me, updated The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to versions 4.6.12 and 4.4.24.2 respectively. I deactivated all my plugins and changed theme to twenty seventeen and nothing changed. The problem persist.
I ask you please help with this, I have been following all the instructions to dismiss causes that support gave me, hoping that at some point these would solve the problem or a TEC support representative would tell me “let me access your site and look at this problem”. I really need to solve this.

MemberHi Renato!
Thanks for your patience here.
I’m sorry to hear you are still experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, we cannot log into your site as we state in our terms. However, I would like to help you get to the bottom of this issue and find a solution for it.
I’ve just reviewed your previous thread and it seems the problem is because the Geolocation information is missing from your venues.
Could you please try looking for one of the venues for which you don’t have events showing up in the Map view? Once you find one, edit the venue and click the Use latitude + longitude option to see if it has Lat and Long coordinates saved for it.
If it doesn’t, please try saving the venue and see if they are generated.
Additionally, could you please share with us, in a private reply if you’d like, an XML export of the venues? You can do this by navigating to your WP Admin > Tools > Export, select venues and click Download export file. Please share that file with us.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
