MemberThank you!
I have created a new internal ticket, so we can take the snippet into account for an extension, and linked this thread to it.
So I will leave the thread open so we can notify you when the extension is published.

MemberHi John!
Thanks for coming back with the theme options.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to reproduce the issue even with the theme options you are using.
You are a couple of versions behind for our plugins so, first please update to the latest versions of our plugins to see if any difference. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Does it make any difference? If it doesn’t, then please get in touch with the theme developers so they can take a look and see if they can offer some insight.

MemberHi Cameron!
Just wanted to share with you that the new release of Eventbrite Tickets 4.5 is out! You will now have much more control when importing Eventbrite.com events into your site, being able to create automatic scheduled imports.
Find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/release-the-events-calendar-4-6-18-and-eventbrite-tickets-4-5/
We always recommend using a staging site to test new versions before updating on a live site > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if anything comes up.

MemberHi Mark!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, that functionality is not built-in with our plugins.
You could probably achieve that with some custom coding, for which I recommend our Themer’s Guide as a reference > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
If you are selling tickets with WooCommerce, instead of only RSVPs, you could create coupons in WooCommerce > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/, which may be similar to what you are looking for.
Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Ryan!
Thanks for your interest in our plugins.
Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins.
You could achieve what you are looking for with our plugins and some custom coding, but is not something that comes out of the box with our plugins.
Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi There!
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing that here and there so other users can make use of it 🙂
Jetpack’s related events is definitely a problem we have heard from other users, so this is really helpful.
I will reach out to the team to let them know about the snippet so we can consider it for a future extension.
Thanks again! This is really appreciated.
Cheers!

MemberHi Steven!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with that issue.
Are you using a shortcode to display those events? If so, please let me know which one.
Also, this could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. So, to make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
Please let me know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberThat sounds great Minda!

June 4, 2018 at 6:42 am in reply to: Featured event not appearing at the top of the upcoming events widget #1545412Victor
MemberHi Margaret,
Yes, featured events are shown with a blue backgroun by default and show the featured image in the List View.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality to pin an event to the top of a calendar list. Like you mentioned before, you can check the option to only show featured events in a widget. So, you could create two widgets, one for featured events and another to show all upcoming events.
I hope that helps.

MemberHi Minda,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
I could not reproduce that issue on my end so let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

MemberHi Margaret!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
When marked as “Featured”, events will only be highlighted and not pinned to the top of the lists, so I believe you are getting the right behavior.
If there are other upcoming events prior to the the featured event you mention, then those will show up first.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Daniel,
I’m sorry to hear you had problems using Event Aggregator.
By default, the Other URL imports will fetch events one month in advance, but you can change this setting by navigating to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab (Import Date Range Limit)
If you want to ask for a refund, please fill in the form in the following page > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ and we’ll process the refund.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.

MemberHi Darren!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.
Just to confirm I understand the issue you are having, when creating a ticket for an event and saving the ticket it does not show up in the ticket editor, but you are able to see the ticket product on the WooCommerce side?
If so, could you please let me know which hosting provider you are currently using?
Also, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,
