Import from URL Stuck

    I just purchased the Event Aggregator Add-On, and attempted to import our calendar items into our Staging site from our Live site (to sync the content).

    I am having two issues:

    1) There are a total of 414 published events (some in the past). The Aggregator only seems to detect 79.
    2) When I try to run the importer on that URL, it brings in some, but ends up stuck, just spinning with the message: “Your import is currently in progress. Don’t worry, you can safely navigate away–the import will continue in the background.”

    URL I am importing from:
    http://hitchhiker.beer/events/

    Any advice? Thank you in advance.

    Can anyone help with this? I have done the conflict tests, switched to Twenty Sixteen, disabled all plugins and cleared my cache.

    When I run the import via URL (hitchhiker.beer/events/) I have the same issue.

    Please advise?

    Sorry – I needed to solve this another way. The Event Aggregator did not work for me. Can you please tell me how to request a refund?

    Hi Daniel,

    I’m sorry to hear you had problems using Event Aggregator.

    By default, the Other URL imports will fetch events one month in advance, but you can change this setting by navigating to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab (Import Date Range Limit)

    If you want to ask for a refund, please fill in the form in the following page > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ and we’ll process the refund.

    Hey there
