    I sent the a copy of the theme. Were you able to set it up and replicate the issue?

    Hi John,

    We only received a copy of your theme with which we cannot reproduce the issue. I asked for an export of the theme global options to see if any difference, but we haven’t received them.

    Also, were you able to get in touch with the theme authors about the issue?

    I’m not sure how to do that; send an export of the global theme options. Can I set you up with WordPress access to the site and you take a look?

    Hi John!

    Unfortunately, we can’t accept login credentials due to our terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/

    You should be able to export the theme options by navigating to your WP Admin > Theme Options and clicking the export button.

    You will get a .txt file that you should send to us so we can import on our local installation.

    It looks like the issue is in the months buttons – https://lascolinas.org/lca-calendar/ – on this calendar.When you click on July or May, then it takes you to the other calendar: https://lascolinas.org/events/.

    Thanks for coming back with the theme options.

    Unfortunately, I’m not able to reproduce the issue even with the theme options you are using.

    You are a couple of versions behind for our plugins so, first please update to the latest versions of our plugins to see if any difference. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

    Does it make any difference? If it doesn’t, then please get in touch with the theme developers so they can take a look and see if they can offer some insight.
