new events are not being pulled onto site.

Hi, so on my site on there is a place that’s supposed to be pulling in the newest events but it’s not.
Any help you could give would be appreciated. thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with that issue.

Are you using a shortcode to display those events? If so, please let me know which one.

Also, this could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. So, to make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.

We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
