MemberHi Dee!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.
It’s strange you are experiencing that. I made a few tests on my own local installation and could not reproduce this.
Could you please share a link with us to where we can see the mini calendar and have a closer inspection?
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,

MemberHi Frank!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.
I made a few tests with the Google Calendar you shared and I am able to see the events for December 2017 and January 2018. Could you point me to the specific events you are not able to import?
There is an Import Limit setting that lets you limit the number of events to fetch. You can see this by going to Events > Settings > Imports tab under Global Import Settings.
I don’t think that setting is the problem here, as you mention you are able to import events for January 2018, but not from December 2017. Still it’s a good idea to check it out and make sure you are not applying any date filters for your import.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHi Jason!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
You might want to have a look at the Event Update Authority setting > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/#update-authority
This setting will let you select how changes are applied to the events when imported.
Does it help? Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

Thanks for following up with this.
Please note you won’t be able to send us files posting with an email reply. You’ll have to use the web form, but if the file is too big, please use a third party service like Dropbox or Google Drive and share a link to it in a private reply.
Let me know about it.

MemberHi Pascal!
I’m sorry I missed your last reply.
That’s strange. Could you please verify that you have only “199” as the cost for that event and no “0” (zero) before or after?
Please try deleting the cost and saving changes, does it show a cost then? After that try entering the cost again and save to see if it works correctly.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jeane!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m happy to help you with this topic.
The short answer is yes, requiring users to be logged in to submit an event will link their WordPress user to the event. That is the only built-in way to know who is submitting the event.
That said, there might be other approaches to identify the person submitting the event. For example, you could customize the add event form to require additional fields like name and email.
We have a great article that will get you started on customizing our templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Ginnie!
Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with that issue.
I made a few tests on my own local installation and could not reproduce that behaviour.
If you go to edit the ticket product in WooCommerce, is the stock in there the same?
Is this happening with all your events or just some one/some? If just some, please share a link to the event/s that have that issue.
Also, could you please send us a screenshot (in a private reply if you’d like) of one ticket order when on the edit order page? Please make sure to include the order notes.
This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Gary!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that issue.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of The Events Calendar 4.6.2.
Can you share a link to the page where we can see the issue and take a closer inspection?
Additionally, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page where the widget is? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Also, when coming back please share with us your full system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Please let us know about it.

MemberHi Lauren!
Good to know you could install the plugin!
By default, every instance of a recurring event should show up in the calendar. There is a setting that will show only the first instance of each recurring event.
You can check this setting by going to Events > Settings > General tab and look for the Recurring event instances option.
Is that what you were looking for? Let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you with that.
I think you might want to check out the available shortcodes > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
I’m not sure exactly the requirements to show that list of events, but you could probably use the tribe_events shortcode like this:
[tribe_events view="list" date="2017-11-"]I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Lauren!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with that issue.
Are you getting that error when trying to install The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO?
Please try downloading the plugin again from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and try again.
If you still get the error, you can try performing a manual install > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
You might also want to get in touch with your hosting provider, as the error can be related to your hosting enviroment.
Please let me know how that goes.

MemberHi Ron!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
There is no nationwide import feature, but you can refine your imports by location and radius. You can learn more about the different import sources and settings in our Event Aggregator new user primer > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
