KeymasterTo provide your system information, please follow the steps in this link: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Could you also tell me if any of the plugin files have been modified? It is important that we are testing with the latest unmodified versions when we are troubleshooting.
For information about how to import events via CSV, please see this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/
I just did a test with the latest versions and can confirm that the import is now working properly and importing the featured images in my test environment.
If you are not getting this result, please try testing with the Twenty Seventeen theme and all other plugins and customizations disabled.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterMark,
You can find more information about Events Calendar shortcodes in our Knowledgebase article on the subject.
Since you have figure out your original issue with the map zoom, I am going to close this ticket. Please feel free to create a new ticket if you have additional issues or questions.
Thanks!

KeymasterElizabeth,
Thanks for chiming in! Have you tried the suggestion I made to Jami about the WooCommerce short description? Does this work for your case?
Feel free to visit our User Voice forum and suggest this as a feature.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterMark,
I removed the link.
Thanks again for all of your patience on this.
Take care,

KeymasterAh, I see.
Do you have a staging site where I could see the problem happening and investigate the cause?
If not, would you be willing to generate a staging site using the WP Staging Plugin and provide the url for me to take a look at the site after the update is applied to the Events Calendar plugin? There is also a setting for the plugin that allows viewing the site without being logged in. I will need this to be able to look at the staging site.
Otherwise, you could just wait a few days to see if a followup update is released.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the calendar after the last update. I will try to help you figure out a solution.
I took a look at your site, and I’m not seeing anything out of place. Can you provide a more detailed explanation of the problems you are seeing? I do see quite a few javascript errors in the console, but none of them are related to the events plugins.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHello there,
I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the Google Map links. I will try to help figure out the issue.
Do you have a link to where I can view an event with the problem maps link? I tried to visit the site listed, but it is not loading.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Mindy!
I’d be happy to help with this.
In Events > Settings > Tickets > “When should tickets be emailed to customers?” You can uncheck all of the options, and no ticket emails should be sent.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out! I will try to help with your questions.
1) This is not something you can do through the plugin interface, but it is possible to create custom email templates. You would have to add any logic about who gets what using PHP. You can read more about customizing event templates in our Themer’s Guide.
2) There is a free extension for PDF tickets.
3) When using the PayPal checkout, you get taken to the Paypal site to complete the transaction. There is an option to have it redirect back to a page of your choosing on your site after the transaction is complete.
4) Both WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads are popular. We have support for both of these options in our tickets plugins.
Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
If you purchase the plugin a second time, both licenses will show up in your account.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterAwesome!
Glad it worked for you.
Let us know if you have any questions or issues in the future.
Thanks,

KeymasterGreat!

KeymasterThank you for providing that. It looks like you’ve got all the plugins installed, and then some.
If you disable all plugins, and then just enable the plugins in that list, do you still see the message? What if you do that while also having the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled? If you do not have a staging site, you can generate one quickly with the WP Staging plugin to do testing like this.
Also, I see that you have the WP Cron control plugin. Is this being used to prevent crons from running on the site in any way?
Let me know if any of that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
I have no explanation for disappearing plugins. This is something you should investigate with your host.
You can reinstall the plugins without fear of losing your settings or other event data, as they are stored in the database and not in the plugin folders themselves.
Backups are an important part of maintaining a site, and you should always make a backup before updating anything. Many hosts take automatic backups. Perhaps there is a backup you can revert to, when everything was working?
Just about any host will provide a way to access the server with FTP. They may also provide some sort of admin panel where you can upload files as well.
You can just drop new copies of both plugins in the wp-content/plugins directory and re-enable them, and be back in business.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Sky -
