KeymasterSimon,
Thank you for looking at that. I’m sorry that didn’t yield any information for us to use in solving this problem.
Could you try one more thing for me? Can you flush your permalinks by just visiting http://stage4.clientden.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php?
Let me know if that makes a difference.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Jennifer!
I will try to help with this. However, not being able to disable other plugins will make it harder to rule out conflicts.
Are you able to upload images normally in pages and posts?
There are ways to change the max upload size for your site, but generally “0” is interpreted as “no limit,” and it would affect all uploads, not just the ones in Community Events.
Another thought, I have heard of conflicts between Community Events and the WP Smush plugin before. Is it possible you could temporarily disable that one plugin and give it a try, since it doesn’t effect the experience for your visitors? We could at least rule that out as a possibility before moving forward.
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterSimon,
OK, for the next step, can you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG for your site? See this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG for instructions.
After you have enabled the WP_DEBUG flags, navigate to your Events Calendar page, and try using a few of the features of the filter bar, perhaps even reloading the page in between each feature.
After doing this, there should be a “debug.log” file in your site’s wp-content folder. Can you paste the contents of that file here so I can take a look at it? There may be some clues as to what the problem is in there.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Shirly!
I will try to help you with this.
In your WordPress dashboard, can you navigate to Events > Settings > General Settings, and make sure “Recurring event instances” is not checked? If this is checked, list-view will only display the first event, like you are describing.
Let me know if that was the issue.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Stephen!
This would be custom functionality that is outside the scope of what we can support for the community events plugin. That being said, you may be able to achieve this by creating a custom page that uses the UltimateMember shortcode, and then adding a redirect from the standard login url to your custom page.
Good luck, and let us know if you have any Community Events plugin specific questions or issues in the future.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHello in Germany!
I will try to help figure out the cause of this.
Can you take a look at the TRX Workout recurring event, and tell me what is checked in the “Event Options” metabox?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHey Simon!
Sorry that you’re having an issue with the filter bar. I will try and help figure out what the problem is.
I’ve taken a look at the Events Calendar page on your site, and it looks like the filter bar is not working at all. I don’t see any errors in the console until I try to pick a date or search for a keyword. You are using the latest version of both TEC and the filter bar plugin, so that’s not the issue.
You say you tried disabling all other plugins. That’s a great first step in trying to track down the problem. Have you tried switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to see if that changes anything? Before diving in too deep, I’d like to rule out any conflicts with your theme.
Also, are you using a caching plugin by chance? Sometimes caching or minifying javascript files can cause issues with ajax functionality.
Thanks,

KeymasterLorie,
I’m sorry that didn’t work as expected. Let me detail the steps to make sure we’re not missing anything.
1) On your staging site, in the WordPress admin area, navigate to Events > Settings and click on the “Licenses” tab.
2) Delete the license key and save changes.
3) Login to your account at https://theeventscalendar.com/
4) Click on My Account > License Keys. Next to your staging url, click the “disconnect now” link.
5) Back on your staging site, re-enter the license key in Events > Settings > Licenses.
6) Save changes. Are these the steps you followed? Even if the proper site URL is registered to the license, we may need to “reset” it with those steps. It is showing conflicting information in your system information, with http://c93.98e.myftpupload.com listed as your domain, even though the license is connected to http://dbf.4a2.myftpupload.com/
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterAnthony,
Awesome! I’m glad that fixed things for you.
If you have any other issues or questions, create a new ticket and we will be happy to help.
Take care,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Lorie!
Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your license. You are allowed to use your personal license on both your staging and live sites, but the license system can only detect this automatically if your domains follow a specific naming pattern. Generally, if the domain has a TLD of .test, .dev, .local, .staging, or .tribe, it will be automatically detected. If your staging setup does not follow this pattern, you will need to manually switch your registered domain when you are ready to go live with your site.
To change the domain connected to your license, follow the steps detailed in this knowledgebase article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Please give that a shot and let me know if it solves the problem and allows you to update to the latest version.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Phil!
That’s a great question! I have seen that implemented elsewhere. Unfortunately, that is not currently a feature available in the Events Calendar or any of our premium plugins.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We may consider that for future additions to the plugin.
Take care,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Anthony!
Sorry you are having this issue. When inspecting your calendar, I see that the events do not show up when you link directly to the month, but using the navigation to move between months somehow makes them visible.
Before we move forward in troubleshooting this, can you please update to the latest version of both the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro? Also, please visit your permalinks page to refresh. http://painshill.bonddemo.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php
After doing the above steps, are you still experiencing the issue?
Thanks, and let me know how that works.
