Disable Ticket Emails

    I’m trying to disable the ticket emails.

    The recent threads on this subject are marked private.

    The older threads I see with a function snippet don’t work and the ones with “TribeWooTickets” in them cause a fatal error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘TribeWooTickets’ not found in /nas/content/staging/scdirectory/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(352) : eval()’d code on line 3

    Can you assist me with this?

    I’d like to add a feature request to simple add a checkbox to enable/disable these emails in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. That’s the way the other Woo emails are controlled.

    Hi Mindy!

    I’d be happy to help with this.

    In Events > Settings > Tickets > “When should tickets be emailed to customers?” You can uncheck all of the options, and no ticket emails should be sent.
