I’m sorry to hear that you having problems getting going with the plugin. I will try to help.
The only product license I see connected to your account is for The Events Calendar Pro. Our Aggregator service is cloud based, and there is no plugin to download.
To download your copy of the Events Calendar Pro, please go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ where you will see a list of all products available.
Just click the “download” link next to The Events Calendar Pro, and then upload and install the plugin through your WordPress Plugins panel. You need to keep the free version of the Events Calendar also installed.

I was able to reproduce this on my end, and it looks like this is a bug. I have created a bug ticket for this, and as soon as it is fixed someone will check back in here with you to make sure it is fixed for you as well.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a timeline on when this will fixed.

This is not something built into Events Tickets Plus directly, but if you are using WooCommerce for payment, there are a variety of plugins available for donations. One example is this plugin which lets users name their own price: https://woocommerce.com/products/name-your-price/. You can find many other options by searching “woocommerce donation extension.” However, I don’t have enough experience with any of them to make a recommendation.

I’m not sure about synching events in the other direction, but we do have a product for importing events from Google Calendar into The Events Calendar. You can read more about the capabilities on the Event Aggregator product page.

We do have a 30 day refund policy. If you purchase the Pro plugin and it doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund by filling out the refund request form here.
When you have a premium product license, our support staff will try their best to help with your customization questions, but we can’t make any guarantees.

We generally don’t provide support in our Pre Sales forum. However, I did look at the link, and the Grey Bar at the top is part of your theme. You will need to contact the theme author to figure out how to change that.

Oh, I gotcha now. Attendees can purchase multiple tickets. The process is the same, and if you have login enabled, they will see each ticket listed separately when they log in. Otherwise, they will receive an email confirmation for each purchase. Each ticket has it’s own unique ticket id and security code.

Interesting. You are putting this in your theme or child theme functions.php? Is there other code in there? Can you share with me the complete file?
You might also try bumping the priority to 999, though I’m not sure why this would work on my end with it set to 100 and not for you.

We generally don’t provide support through our Pre-Sales forum, but I can tell you what the expected behavior is for this. If you are having issues beyond that, please log in with the same email that is connected to the license for the Events Calendar Pro.
You should be able to set the number of events that get displayed by using the “limit” attribute. For example,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I will try to help you understand how the featured event functionality works.
Throughout the plugins, there are a few ways you can utilize events that have been marked as “featured.” They will show up in certain views at the top of the list, similar to “sticky” events. There are also a few visual differences meant to highlight the featured events in other views, such as the “list” view.

Events Tickets Plus supports WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads in addition to Tribe Commerce for payment gateways. You can read more about all the options in this knowledgebase article.

Thank you for providing those links. I can see what you mean about the map that opens showing coordinates instead of the address information.
For the Oz event, can you show me a screenshot of the venue information settings of the venue connect to it?
Also, what happens if you enable the latitude and longitude checkbox and save the venue? Does the link still only show the coordinates after?
