    We are on a deadline. We clicked on the Event Calendar PRO to buy so we can have the calendar and list feature and you gave us an aggregator instead? We do not need that, we need pro features. Now I have been trying to get this resolved for days? How do you get customer service around here? Really?!! I need this solved asap. If you have a phone number, it would probably have been resolved immediately, now I am putting in my second help ticket or community post hoping someone will get back to me.

    Hi there!

    I’m sorry to hear that you having problems getting going with the plugin. I will try to help.

    The only product license I see connected to your account is for The Events Calendar Pro. Our Aggregator service is cloud based, and there is no plugin to download.

    To download your copy of the Events Calendar Pro, please go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ where you will see a list of all products available.

    Just click the “download” link next to The Events Calendar Pro, and then upload and install the plugin through your WordPress Plugins panel. You need to keep the free version of the Events Calendar also installed.
