direct link to url – knowledge base code snippet

Hi,

My license expired, I am just about ready to renew, and have a question first before I do.

From the basic version, I tried making the links from the calendar (list view) go directly to the direct url of my event, bypassing the /event/ sub-directory, using the direct link code snippet from your knowledge base, https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/make-links-event-go-straight-event-website/. It didn’t work. I’m not sure if this is because I am no longer on the PRO version, or for some other reason.

Will you please tell me if this should be working on the basic version?
When I do renew to the pro version, if I am still having problems, will your tech support help to quickly resolve the issue?
Can I get a refund, if it still doesn’t work?

Please advise.

We do have a 30 day refund policy. If you purchase the Pro plugin and it doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund by filling out the refund request form here.
