ParticipantHi Ruth,
I’m happy to help out here!
So, something like that might be possible, it depends on which direction you want the connection to go. πΒ It would have to be in CSV or .ics format in order to import from the server to the site, and you’d have to use our Event Aggregator plugin.
If you’re trying to export from the site and pull into your server, you could pull it in from the RSS feed created at http://www.yourdomain.com/events/feed.
It’s also worth noting that we don’t support our free product on these forums, all support for our free plugins is handled on WordPress.org. π
Please let me know if there’s anything further I can do to help you out here!

ParticipantHi Luke,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help and provide some clarification!
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to allow front end submitters to create tags, but this change could possibly be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)

ParticipantHey there,
Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help here! π
Unfortunately, I’m not quite sure what you mean. Could you possibly write out a list of step by step instructions for me to replicate the issue you’re running into?
Let me know, and we’ll work from there!

ParticipantHey Antonio,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help out here.:)
Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!

ParticipantHey Matthew,
I’ll do some testing on this and ask the dev team for some guidance with how you might go about this since the usual structure/directories aren’t working for you. π
Can you let me know in the meantime, if you cleared the server cache after making changes?
Best,

ParticipantHi Jan,
Apologies for the delay here, I’d be happy to help you out! πΒ In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. π
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with. Thanks!

ParticipantHey Jen & David,
I’ve reached out to our dev team, and I’m waiting for some more specific direction on this.
David, would you be able to share your previous solution to this with Facebook Importer? If I can pass that along to them, it may speed up the process. π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHey Justin,
Thanks for providing that additional detail! π
So, officially, we don’t support theme conflicts, but here’s what I would suggest:
- Reach out to their theme support, especially if they bundled or advertised compatibility with our plugins. π
- We have this free extension that has the ability to dequeue CSS and scripts, which might help resolve the conflict if you can dequeue the javascript that you are experiencing a conflict with. Anything that can’t be dequeue’d with this extension, is essential, and will need to be resolved by the theme developer.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you out here!

ParticipantHi there Elizabeth!
Thanks for posting your questions, and I’m happy to help. π
What I’d suggest doing, instead of an exclusion in this case, is to create a recurring event through the month that it stops. Then duplicate this event, and create one that starts on the month when you need the events to pick back up again. Unfortunately, there’s no way to just exclude certain months at this time.
Please let me know if this makes sense, and if there’s anything further I can do to help or clarify! π
Best,
Shelby π
