ParticipantHey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. I’m happy to help! 🙂
I’m going to do some testing on my end for this, but I’ve taken a look at your system information, and I see that you have a lot of plugins installed, so could you please follow the documentation here to test for conflicts with those plugins, and let me know how it goes?
Best,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help out here!
I think you may be able to use our recurring events cleanup tool here to help with this. Let me know if that works, and if not, we’ll work from there to resolve this. 🙂
Best,
Shelby 🙂
August 24, 2017 at 9:47 am in reply to: How to preserve hyperlinks in description when exporting iCal event? #1339901Shelby
ParticipantHey there Thomas,
That makes total sense! Great question! 🙂
I’m going to do some digging into this one, test it out, and consult the development team to see what kind of solution we could implement, so that your html is preserved when you export to iCal.
I’ll update you when I have some more information on this!
Take care,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHey there Jerry,
Thanks for reaching out, this is a great question! 🙂
So, while it’s not a built in option right now to do this within our plugins, there are several plugins that create redirections for you. You may also be able to modify the snippet the George shares in this thread here. 🙂
Please be sure (as always) to back up your files before modifying!
Let me know how that goes!
Take care,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi Jeff,
Thanks for using our plugins, and I’m happy to help out here! 🙂
However, I’m not entirely sure what you mean? Can you please walk me through by giving me step by step instructions for how you’re importing, and let me know where the keywords are that you’re mentioning? Categories perhaps?
Let me know, and I’ll try to recreate everything so I can give you some guidance, and possibly a solution!
Best,
Shelby 🙂

ParticipantHi there Angel,
Great question! I’m happy to help out here. 🙂
It seems like your theme is changing our CSS a bit, but you should be able to change it back by adding the following CSS in “Appearance > Customize > CSS”
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-meta .recurringinfo { display: inline !important; }Please let me know if you need any further help implementing this!

ParticipantHi Amanda,
Great question, and I’m happy to answer! 🙂
We do have a recurring events feature in our PRO version, and you’d be able to set up events exactly as you described. You can check out more about how our recurring events feature works on this page here.
Let me know if I can help answer any other questions on this topic!
Best,

ParticipantHey there,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand and inspect your code? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.
-Finally, can you send some screenshots denoting the problem, to make sure I’m looking in the right places for the issue you’re experiencing?
Let me know, and we’ll work from there!
Thanks!

Glad to see this has (somewhat mysteriously) resolved itself! We’ll be happy to help if this problem reoccurs. 🙂

ParticipantHey Gaspar,
You shouldn’t need to modify anything in order for it to show the next upcoming event, unless I’m misunderstanding how you are trying to use the shortcode?
You can read more about how you can use the shortcodes and modify them here by the way.
Let me know how this goes! 🙂

ParticipantHi there Bergen,
Not a problem! 🙂
You can submit a request for refund via the form on this page here.
Please let me know if you have any trouble with that!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Alexandra,
Thanks for reaching out, what a great question! 🙂
Unfortunately, at this time, that’s not a built in option, but it would be possible to make a change like this with the help of a freelancer to customize the functionality of the plugin. We have some information on finding freelancers here.

ParticipantHey Becky,
Great questions! I’m happy to help!
At this time, all of our licensing options are listed on the Event Aggregator page here. If you want to discuss any sort of bulk or custom licensing options, you can email us using the form on this page.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help with this!
Best,
Shelby 🙂
