    Hi Suzanna,

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we don’t offer a way to limit the number of tickets that can be purchased per user at this time. If you need to gather information for multiple attendees with orders of two or more tickets, I’d suggest using our Attendee Information functionality to collect any other required data. Our Knowledgebase article here should provide all you need to get that feature set up!

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Karoliina,

Thanks for stopping by, and extra thanks for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! Happy to help you out with your pre-sales questions here! 🙂

    1. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline available for the recurring ticketing feature of Event Tickets Plus at this time. The best I can tell you is that we’re working to incorporate this functionality as soon as possible, as it’s a feature that’s regularly requested by both current and potential users! We always share details regarding upcoming major feature releases on our blog, so I’d suggest giving us a follow there or on social media–it’s the best way to keep tabs on what features are coming to our plugins in the near future.
    2. By default, tickets are placed into a WooCommerce shopping cart directly from the post, page, or event to which the tickets are attached. However, if you’d prefer to more seamlessly integrate ticket products into an existing WooCommerce setup, this is easy to do! This Knowledgebase article should provide all the info you need to get started setting this up.
    3. As all payment processing is handled through the e-commerce platform of your choice (such as WooCommerce), all sales features of that platform will be supported with Event Tickets Plus, as well. This does include taxes/VAT and sales reports.
    4. Absolutely–we offer a robust templating system as part of our products that allows you to customize the display or functionality of plugin pages as much as you’d like. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start with template customizations and provides plenty of information as well as a complete list of editable template files.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for stopping by, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that we can assist with!

Would you mind taking a moment to reach out to us via email on this issue? We’ll follow up just as soon as possible with some suggestions on how we can proceed from here.

Thanks again for your support, and we’ll see you over in email!

    Hi Lewis,

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, we don’t offer any combination of products that supports individual user-specific calendars straight out of the box. That said, you might be able to achieve something similar using a members-only calendar with Community Events installed! This would allow for logged-in users to access the calendar and submit their outages to the calendar as events, perhaps with an existing category pre-made for each user. I’d be glad to answer any questions you might have about this idea or how to set it up!

I hope that helps to give you some ideas of how to get started here! Thanks again for your interest, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Lisa,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins–happy to provide some guidance here if I can! 🙂 For your intended setup here, since you require a single master calendar as well as individual calendars for each individual site, I’d consider pairing one of our calendar plugins (The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO) with our Event Aggregator add-on. This tool allows you to import events from third-party sources such as Google Calendar or Facebook into your calendar and can be used on up to 10 separate sites on a single license. Using this, each of your individual site administrators can manage a single Google Calendar, which will house all events for that specific organization. You can then set up daily imports from these calendars for each site–each individual site will import its own events, and the parent site will import from all of the calendars to create a “master” calendar with all events. You can read more about how to set up scheduled imports using Event Aggregator on our Knowledgebase here.

Let me know if I can clarify anything about this setup or if you should have any other questions about how this might work for your network of sites! Thanks again for reaching out! 🙂

    Hi all,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t officially include built-in support for WooCommerce Memberships as a feature of Event Tickets Plus, we do support WooCommerce as an e-commerce solution for powering ticket purchases, and many WooCommerce plugins and extensions are compatible with ET+ as a result. I can confirm that a number of our other customers have successfully used WooCommerce Memberships to handle this type of members-only pricing on their sites! We can’t provide full support for third-party add-ons such as these, but we’d be glad to offer guidance and suggestions for any issues you should encounter along the way when using this type of setup.

As far as “temporary licenses” go, I’m afraid that we don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time. Rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Event Tickets Plus isn’t right for you.

I hope that helps to answer all of your questions here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that we can assist with! 🙂

    Hi Steve,

Thanks so much for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! I’d be more than glad to assist you with your questions here. 🙂

    1. Great question–our $89 fee for an Event Tickets Plus Personal license includes full access to the plugin itself plus one year of product updates and premium support. Should you choose to let your licensing lapse with us, the plugin will continue to function as normal, but you’ll lose access to regular product updates, and you’ll no longer be able to post to our technical support forums. Hopefully that helps to clarify things a bit! Let me know if you should have any other questions about how our licenses work–I’d be happy to answer them for you!
    2. You can try a working live demo of Event Tickets Plus here on our WP Shindig demo site! Our Knowledgebase article on collecting attendee information includes screencaps and details on this functionality, as well.
    3. Absolutely! If you’re able to export your existing data in CSV format, you can easily import from CSV to Event Tickets Plus without needing any additional plugins. If you require additional file formats, our Event Aggregator plugin can be used to add support for iCal, Google Calendar, Facebook, and more.

I hope that helps to address your client’s concerns here! Thanks again for stopping by, and don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Emma,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out–so sorry for the trouble here! Unfortunately, WooCommerce Tickets is now considered a discontinued legacy product, as we’ve successfully migrated its complete feature set over to the newer Event Tickets Plus. Users with active licenses of our legacy ticketing plugins were granted free licenses of Event Tickets Plus at release, but it appears that your licensing with us was lapsed at the time of this distribution. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. 🙁

If you’re interested in making the move to Event Tickets Plus at this time, we’d be glad to provide something to help ease the burden of making a new product purchase with us. Please use the form provided here to send us a quick email, and we’ll see what we can do to assist you here!

Thanks again for getting in touch, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Evelyn,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us again! I’d be more than glad to help out with your client’s requests here. 🙂

    1. Depending on what format your client and your client’s student body might prefer, there are a few ways that you might approach this problem! One might be to display your upcoming events in list view by default, which would give students an expanded listing of all events, including those that fall on the same date. (You can see an example of how list view looks here on our WP Shindig demo site!) You might also consider creating just one event for all identical classes on the same day regardless of time or location, then create multiple tickets for that event, with the tickets corresponding to different times and/or locations. This method would reduce clutter on all calendar views while still allowing students to register for specific times and locations for their preferred classes.
    2. When creating your tickets to attach to an post, page, or event, you can add as many additional fields for gathering this type of information as desired. Our Attendee Information Knowledgebase article provides some more information on how these fields work and how to create and save field sets.
    3. Events that have passed will display as grayed-out on your calendar (and you can change this styling if desired), and students won’t be able to register for these dates, so there’s no risk of accidental registrations for past events. That said, if you truly wish to delete old events from your site entirely, a third-party plugin such as this one may work just fine for your needs.
    4. You can create as many ticket types as desired for “early bird pricing” or other such pricing tiers. For tickets that are limited in quantity, the total and remaining quantity will display by default, and tickets that are sold out will also display as such. You can read more about the ticket creation process on our Knowledgebase here. If you’d like to change the wording to display “FULL” or other similar text, this is an easy customization to make, as well. 🙂

I hope that helps to address some of your client’s concerns here! Thanks again for your interest–please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!
