Event Plus + WooCommerce Memberships
GuestDear reading articles about Event Tickets Plus and Woocommerce Memberships the conclusion is ‘The Best Solution: Try it out’.
We would like to sell tickets for sport activities of our non-profit organization.
The activities are listed in the Events Calender. The goal is to let members participate for free (or discount).
Non-members should have the top pay something like 8 euro per activity.Try it out of this works: Can I have a temporary license for Event Tickets Plus?
I tried the free version of Event Tickets, https://www.transplantoux.be/event/trainingsrit-herbestal/, but that is only the free option.February 13, 2017 at 6:38 am #1233780Chris McCreery
GuestAlong the same lines, is this compatible with WooCommerce subscriptions? We would like to offer the same type of event tickets (members = free, non-members = fee)
Thanks

MemberHi all,
Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t officially include built-in support for WooCommerce Memberships as a feature of Event Tickets Plus, we do support WooCommerce as an e-commerce solution for powering ticket purchases, and many WooCommerce plugins and extensions are compatible with ET+ as a result. I can confirm that a number of our other customers have successfully used WooCommerce Memberships to handle this type of members-only pricing on their sites! We can’t provide full support for third-party add-ons such as these, but we’d be glad to offer guidance and suggestions for any issues you should encounter along the way when using this type of setup.
As far as “temporary licenses” go, I’m afraid that we don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time. Rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Event Tickets Plus isn’t right for you.
I hope that helps to answer all of your questions here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that we can assist with! 🙂

GuestIn general the product works with WooCommerce memberships.
I can create a ticket with different price for members.Although I have a (feature) request. A ticket cannot be a variable product for the moment.
Think about a concert room with seats in front (more expensive) or in the back.
Changing the product in WooCommerce to a variable product doesn’t result in was I need.Any suggestion on that?

MemberHi there,
Thanks so much for sharing your suggestion with us! We maintain a forum over on UserVoice where users can suggest and vote on feature ideas to be included in future product updates. I’d consider creating an account and posting your idea–we’d love to continue the conversation over there! 🙂
Thanks again, and we hope to see you over on UserVoice!
