    Hi,

A few questions regarding event tickets pro:

    – any ideas when recurring events will be available? i’m in the process of building/redoing my new website and wondering how to plan to sell tickets to my events, and how to build that into my site.

    – how does the plugin fit in with a woo commerce shop page? is it possible to feature all the products (i.e. events & their tickets) on one page? with some kind of a one-click order system? so that customers don’t necessarily have to navigate first to the page of a specific event to read more info about it and then buy the ticket… to make the order process as simple as possible. and as simple as possible to register for multiple events at once if the customer so wishes.

    – in your example video there was no tax / VAT breakdown in the order form / customer order summary, but will the VAT breakdown appear if taxes etc are all set up in woo commerce? and will i get a monthly tax report from woo commerce for the tickets sold through this plugin in the same way as i would for any other woo commerce sales?

    – is it possible to include in the ticket and receipt sent to the customer the following: my logo, company details, contact details? to what extent can the ticket itself be visually customized? and the ticket sales page itself – is that visually determined by the theme i’m using or does the plugin define it somehow? (sorry if that’s a silly question, not being tech savvy or anything, i just don’t know 😀 )

    Thanks,
    Karoliina

    Hi Karoliina,

Thanks for stopping by, and extra thanks for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! Happy to help you out with your pre-sales questions here! 🙂

    1. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline available for the recurring ticketing feature of Event Tickets Plus at this time. The best I can tell you is that we’re working to incorporate this functionality as soon as possible, as it’s a feature that’s regularly requested by both current and potential users! We always share details regarding upcoming major feature releases on our blog, so I’d suggest giving us a follow there or on social media–it’s the best way to keep tabs on what features are coming to our plugins in the near future.
    2. By default, tickets are placed into a WooCommerce shopping cart directly from the post, page, or event to which the tickets are attached. However, if you’d prefer to more seamlessly integrate ticket products into an existing WooCommerce setup, this is easy to do! This Knowledgebase article should provide all the info you need to get started setting this up.
    3. As all payment processing is handled through the e-commerce platform of your choice (such as WooCommerce), all sales features of that platform will be supported with Event Tickets Plus, as well. This does include taxes/VAT and sales reports.
    4. Absolutely–we offer a robust templating system as part of our products that allows you to customize the display or functionality of plugin pages as much as you’d like. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start with template customizations and provides plenty of information as well as a complete list of editable template files.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for stopping by, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else that we can assist with!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
