I have a client that is considering Event Tickets Plus. Their questions are:
1) Is the $89 price a one-time fee or an ongoing annual subscription?
2) Do you have an example or screenshot of a custom registration form that we can see?
3) We would be migrating from a different website & purchasing system — is there a way to import our past attendees into the new WooCommerce/Event Tickets Plus database?

Thanks so much for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! I’d be more than glad to assist you with your questions here. 🙂

1. Great question–our $89 fee for an Event Tickets Plus Personal license includes full access to the plugin itself plus one year of product updates and premium support. Should you choose to let your licensing lapse with us, the plugin will continue to function as normal, but you’ll lose access to regular product updates, and you’ll no longer be able to post to our technical support forums. Hopefully that helps to clarify things a bit! Let me know if you should have any other questions about how our licenses work–I’d be happy to answer them for you!
2. You can try a working live demo of Event Tickets Plus here on our WP Shindig demo site! Our Knowledgebase article on collecting attendee information includes screencaps and details on this functionality, as well.
3. Absolutely! If you’re able to export your existing data in CSV format, you can easily import from CSV to Event Tickets Plus without needing any additional plugins. If you require additional file formats, our Event Aggregator plugin can be used to add support for iCal, Google Calendar, Facebook, and more.
