    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a way to validate text fields added using the “Attendee Information” option as valid email addresses. I’d suggest posting this feature idea over on our UserVoice forum, where we gather suggestions from our users for future feature releases–we’d love to continue the conversation over there!

    Regarding your second question, can you provide any clarification on how you’d like to gather attendee email addresses? Is there a type of functionality that our current RSVP/ticketing process (which does require at least one email address) lacks? Let us know, and we’ll see if we can provide any suggestions. πŸ™‚

    Hi Carina,

Absolutely–all of our calendar views support event export to ICS format, which can be imported into your phone’s calendar application or another mobile or PC application of your choice. You can read more about how to download an exported list of your events on our Knowledgebase here!

    Hi Gustavo,

    Thanks for following up to clarify here! While tickets created using Event Tickets Plus are sold directly from a single post, page, or event by default, this behavior can easily be changed to sell tickets through the main WooCommerce products page. This Knowledgebase article provides some more information on how to set this up! All ticket payments will be processed using WooCommerce, so any PayPal features or integrations that are supported by WooCommerce should work great with Event Tickets Plus.

    Thanks for following up. We’re currently in the process of determining new renewal rates for current and future customers, but you can likely expect most product renewals to reflect a discount of about 10-15%. As always, we don’t automatically bill for yearly renewals, and you’re free to continue using your plugins after the first year without renewing if you don’t require continued access to product updates or support. Should you choose to renew at a later date after license expiration, you can always pick up right where you left off. πŸ™‚

    Please also know that for customers who’d like to evaluate our products before making a firm commitment, we do provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide our plugins aren’t right for you.

    Thanks for getting in touch! You can think of your license purchase as like a magazine subscription–you get one year of service, meaning support and updates. At the end of the year you will lose your access to our support forums and any new updates of the plugin. The plugin itself will keep working. If you choose to renew the license, you get another year of access at our discounted renewal rate. Does that clear things up?

If you’re looking to add RSVP functionality to your events, you might consider exploring our Event Tickets plugin, which provides this feature and is free to download on WordPress.org. Alas, I’m afraid that Event Tickets Plus does not include support for recurring event ticketing at this time. πŸ™ This is a feature we’re extremely motivated to deploy in the coming months, but we aren’t able to provide anything in the way of a timeline at present.
