GuestHi, im finding your plugin really good. I have a little concern. I have a really small business as i know many do too, and the import, calendar pro and filter bar bundle looks really good. Im hesitating on buying something really expensive for the reason that i have to pay yearly that amount. I don’t know if i’m not clear with this or is it true??? There are several plugins and advance programs that are really good and is only one time license fee. Your products are yearly payments?? I would like some clarity with this to know what i have to do.
Thank you so much

MemberHi Eugenio,
Thanks for getting in touch! You can think of your license purchase as like a magazine subscription–you get one year of service, meaning support and updates. At the end of the year you will lose your access to our support forums and any new updates of the plugin. The plugin itself will keep working. If you choose to renew the license, you get another year of access at our discounted renewal rate. Does that clear things up?
I hope that helps! If you’ve got any other questions or if I can do anything else here, please let me know!

GuestStill, its a lot of money for a magazine. For just simple updates. Still, it can be seen as a year subscription..
How much is the renewal rate??? That might bee something im interested so I can check the costs/results of your service..
Thanks for the response, but i have to check. Honestly its a lot of money.February 14, 2017 at 7:57 pm #1234950Caroline
MemberHi Eugenio,
Thanks for following up. We’re currently in the process of determining new renewal rates for current and future customers, but you can likely expect most product renewals to reflect a discount of about 10-15%. As always, we don’t automatically bill for yearly renewals, and you’re free to continue using your plugins after the first year without renewing if you don’t require continued access to product updates or support. Should you choose to renew at a later date after license expiration, you can always pick up right where you left off. 🙂
Please also know that for customers who’d like to evaluate our products before making a firm commitment, we do provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide our plugins aren’t right for you.
I hope that helps to clarify things a bit! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!
