Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
- If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

February 23, 2017 at 6:47 pm in reply to: can show events from other site with E. Calendar trough RSS, without importing? #1244944Caroline
MemberHi AJ,
Thanks for getting in touch! While Event Aggregator is unable to import event data from RSS feeds, you can export your SharePoint calendar data to a CSV file, which can be imported using the free version of The Events Calendar. This forum post provides some information on how you can export your SharePoint calendar into this format.
If you should have any other questions for us, would you please open a new thread in the appropriate forum so that we can assist you there? Doing this will ensure that we’re able to see all separate customer inquiries and respond to them as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for your cooperation–we appreciate it!
Cheers, and happy importing!

MemberHi Harsh,
Thanks for getting in touch! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Events Calendar PRO isn’t right for you.
If you’re a representative for an organization that might qualify, you might also consider applying to our nonprofit partnership program, which provides free and/or discounted product licenses to qualifying organizations. You can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. Let us know if you should have any questions about the program that aren’t answered there!
Thanks again for reaching out, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there,
Thanks for stopping by–happy to take a shot at answering your question here! 🙂 If you’d like to keep all or a number of events synced across a network of several related sites, you might wish to have a look at our Event Aggregator add-on for The Events Calendar. Event Aggregator is offered as an all-in-one importing tool for our plugin lineup, so it’s not quite an import-free solution in the manner you describe, but EA does allow for scheduled imports and supports up to 10 separate sites per license key! This means that you can create a “master” calendar using a service such as Google Calendar and set up scheduled imports across all of your sites so that events you create will be automatically posted to all of your sites at whatever interval you specify. It’s a great hands-off solution that we’re happy to recommend to users who need to quickly post identical events across a large network of sites.
The only caveat to this method is that all of your sites, main and client alike, will import identical versions of these events by default. If you need to add ticketing with Event Tickets Plus or link back from your client sites to the main site, you’ll need to make these edits manually–perhaps by having events imported and saved as drafts, then making any necessary changes before the events are posted.
I hope that helps to provide some ideas here! Thanks again for your interest, and don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Rich,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! You should be all good to go bringing in your Meetup events with a scheduled import–your Meetup URLs will automatically be populated into the Website field for each event, so visitors will be able to easily click through and register for events.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Carina,
Happy to hear it, and you’re very welcome! I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out, in that case, but please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do to assist! 🙂 Thank you!

MemberHi Josh,
Thanks for following up! The coupon code that was sent to your organization is for Community Events, not Events Calendar PRO. Please double-check the info that you were provided, and please follow up via email for any other questions, as we’re unable to discuss details for individual applications in the public forums.
I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out for now, as it’s no longer related to pre-sales, but please don’t hesitate to reach out in an email response to your nonprofit application if you should have any other concerns here! Thanks again, and best of luck with your site! 🙂
Caroline
MemberHi Josh,
Thanks for following up! Most nonprofit program applications are processed within one week of receipt, although in rare cases some applications may take longer. It appears that your application was fully processed this week, and you should have received a decision from us yesterday. 🙂
I hope that helps! Thanks, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Laura,
Thanks so much for clarifying here–no trouble at all! You can easily export a CSV file of your attendee data from your WordPress backend to import into MailChimp. Our Knowledgebase article here provides some information on managing and exporting attendee data, and you can read more about how to import CSV files into MailChimp here!
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your event registrations! Unfortunately, we’re not able to assist with technical issues here in the pre-sales forum, but one of our support team members over in the premium forums would be glad to take a closer look. Would you mind logging in to your account and submitting a post to our Event Tickets Plus forum? We’ll make sure that someone follows up just as soon as possible!
Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you! 🙂

Let me know if you should have any other questions about the differences between our separate calendar offerings–I’d be more than glad to assist! 🙂
Thanks again for stopping by, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else I can assist with!
