GuestError message: Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__PUE__Package_Handler’ not found in /home/content/26/11511726/html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/PUE/Checker.php on line 200
The above error message prevents me from signing into WordPress to remove the update. It’s been this way for a very long time (whenever the above error popped up; thinking maybe a year or more) and it doesn’t matter where I try to go on my blog, from the sign-in page to a specific blog post to the main page. I don’t use FTP for my blog or I would remove it there. As it now, I don’t know who to contact to get it uninstalled. Worse, I originally signed up using a third party provider which I dumped later so I don’t know who to try and get the issue fixed by.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I created a back-up blog, but it doesn’t have the URL for the one that is broken.

MemberHi Paul,
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
- If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics.
