    Hi JoLynn,

Thanks for stopping by! Our Event Tickets Plus plugin provides several options for checking in attendees at your events, including QR code check-ins, which let you quickly scan a unique barcode-like graphic that is generated for each ticket holder. You can read more about how this feature works on our Knowledgebase here!

QR codes can be scanned by nearly any smartphone with a functioning camera–all you need is a QR code scanner app. There are a number of free options available for all of the major platforms, and a simple search in your phone’s app store should produce plenty of useful results.

I hope that helps to clarify this feature a bit for you! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions. Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Louise,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like your new plugin purchases with us were made very recently, so we can certainly assist you with refunding those if you’d like to purchase the Importer Bundle instead! You can submit your request using our refund request form right over here, and we’ll take care of the rest. 🙂

Regarding your second question, yes, you can definitely use Event Aggregator in this way to import your Google Calendar events! The 100-per-day limit on the entry-level product tier is for 100 imports, not 100 events–each singular import task can bring in any number of events while still counting as just 1 import.

I hope that helps to address your concerns here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for your interest in Events Calendar PRO! I’d be more than happy to take the time to answer these questions for you. 🙂

    • Our shortcodes, like all of our other plugin views, are designed to integrate with your existing theme architecture as seamlessly as possible without needing additional styling. That said, shortcode-generated code uses CSS-friendly markup and can be easily re-styled using stylesheet tweaks if you should need to make any changes.
    • Absolutely! You can display custom full-size calendar views on any post or page using the [tribe_events] shortcode in Events Calendar PRO. You can read more about this shortcode and how to use it on our Knowledgebase here!
    • Our Community Events plugin uses responsive styling for our event submission forms, so users should be able to submit events using mobile devices.
    • By default, events are only displayed on the separate RSS feed for their post type, but you can have events listed on your site’s main RSS feed, if you’d like–this Knowledgebase article provides all the info you should need to set this up.

I hope I was able to address all of your concerns here! 🙂 Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with!

    Hi Timothy,

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out our plugins! I’d be more than happy to answer your questions here! 🙂

It sounds like your project needs are fairly straightforward, as you’ve stated, and most of these requirements should be easily met by our (free!) core calendar offering, The Events Calendar. For event duplication, since The Events Calendar uses its own WordPress post type for events, a third-party post duplicator plugin should satisfy this requirement easily. We’ve recommended Post Duplicator to users in the past, and there are many others that should work, as well.

For your last requirement, the inquiry buttons, this is something that would likely need to be achieved through some degree of plugin customization. The good news is that we’ve built our plugins to be very easy to customize if you have some degree of comfort with PHP and CSS! Our Themer’s Guide is a great starting point for getting into modifying plugin templates to achieve the functionality you’re after. If you’re not comfortable writing your own code, you might consider reaching out to a developer instead–we maintain a list of third-party developers who work with our plugins for just that purpose.

I hope this helps to give you some clarity on what’s possible here! Thanks again for reaching out, and don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Bud,

Thanks for getting in touch! It sounds like you’ve got a pretty complex setup in mind here, and it’s possible that we may able to provide much of the functionality that you’re seeking, though other aspects may require a bit of compromise or some degree of customization to achieve.

While it won’t provide the support for individual user calendars that you’re looking for, pairing one of our core calendar plugins with Community Events will add support for user-submitted events, so any of your WordPress users with the appropriate permissions can submit events to a master calendar. Using Events Calendar PRO in tandem with Community Events will add your desired support for a map-based view, letting users submit events with location data and plot points on a collective events map for your site visitors. And, of course, this Knowledgebase article provides information on changing event field names to the text of your choice. 🙂

Lastly, yes, we absolutely do support both CSV and Google Calendar imports–CSV import functionality is included with our free version of The Events Calendar, while Google Calendar imports are handled by the optional add-on Event Aggregator.

Whew! I hope that helps to answer your questions and give you an idea of what might be possible! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else we can help you with–and thanks again for stopping by!

    Hi Damian,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m afraid that we’re only able to support split payments in Community Events with PayPal at this time. We’d certainly be willing to consider adding support for Stripe in the future, if you’d like to suggest this functionality on our UserVoice forum! For now, if you’re interested in moving forward with PayPal on your site, you can find full instructions for setting up split payments with the PayPal Developer API here on our Knowledgebase.

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Chandler,

Thanks so much for your interest in our products! I’d be more than glad to help with answering your questions here. 🙂

    1. If you’re seeing a plugin credit appended to the bottom of your calendar views, you can toggle this feature off by unchecking the Show The Events Calendar link box that appears in your plugin’s settings. You can read more about this and the other available settings here in our Knowledgebase.
    2. A large number of our users are also users of the Divi theme, and we do our best to ensure compatibility with our releases, though we’re unable to guarantee 100% compatibility with any third-party offering. That said, should you run into any issues using our plugins with the Divi theme, our technical support team are always on hand to assist with troubleshooting and solutions!
    3. Our Importer Bundle includes Events Calendar PRO and Event Aggregator plus Filter Bar and is priced at an over 25% savings compared to buying each plugin separately!
    4. Unfortunately, we don’t offer this particular bundle configuration, nor do we offer custom “a la carte” bundles upon request. You can see a complete listing of all the product bundles we offer at any given time here.

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had a great experience with The Events Calendar so far–I’d be more than happy to see if I can answer your question regarding the PRO version here! 🙂

While we don’t offer out-of-the-box support for this type of calendar view and functionality, this sounds like something that could definitely be accomplished with some custom template modifications. Our Themer’s Guide is the place to start for all things custom that relate to our plugins–there you’ll find more information on template customization and best practices, as well as a list of all modifiable plugin files that you can use to create your one-of-a-kind views. If you’d like an extra set of hands for the task, we also offer a list of third-party developers who work with our plugins and would be more than happy to assist with some custom development. Feel free to reach out to any one of them with more details!

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Louise,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the licenses you already own should be just fine for your multisite install, since you’ll only be activating them on a single site. If you need to network activate a plugin across an entire multisite network, individually activate a plugin on 11 or more multisite sub-sites, or perform automatic plugin updates on sub-sites in a multisite network, then you’ll want to make the switch to multisite licensing. You can read more about the differences between individual and multisite licenses on our Knowledgebase here!

I hope that helps to clarify things a bit! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!
