How to scan tickets at the event

I am looking at using your product for an event we are having this summer. It looks like tickets can be scanned, could you please confirm and let me know how this is done.

Thanks for stopping by! Our Event Tickets Plus plugin provides several options for checking in attendees at your events, including QR code check-ins, which let you quickly scan a unique barcode-like graphic that is generated for each ticket holder. QR codes can be scanned by nearly any smartphone with a functioning camera–all you need is a QR code scanner app. There are a number of free options available for all of the major platforms, and a simple search in your phone’s app store should produce plenty of useful results.
