MemberHi Colin,
Thanks for giving that a try for me! I’ve gone ahead and generated a new matching license key for Event Aggregator on your account with the same purchase and expiration dates as your non-functioning license. Would you be willing to try logging into your account, retrieving this key from your Licenses page, and activating this key on one of your sites to see if you’re able to import with a new key? Let me know what you’re able to find out!
Thank you!

MemberHi Colin,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! I’d be more than glad to assist you with getting your Event Aggregator features up and running again.
To get things started, can you bring up the Licenses page of your plugin settings (under Events > Settings), delete the license key from the Event Aggregator text field, and save your changes? Once that license key has been successfully removed, you may then re-enter the key into the empty field and save again. Let me know if you’re able to perform an import again after completing these steps!
Thank you!

MemberHi Mark,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! For selling tickets or registrations to events or courses listed on your calendar, it sounds like you’ll want to pair Events Calendar PRO with Event Tickets Plus and an e-commerce platform of your choice (most commonly WooCommerce). You can read more about each of these offerings on the linked product pages. Feel free to follow up if you should have any specific questions about either of these–I’d be more than glad to assist! 🙂
Thank you!

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

MemberHi Sabrina,
Perfect, we’re almost there! I wasn’t able to locate a license key that’s currently in use on this site–do you have the key on hand that you’d like to transfer to your other account? If so, would you be so kind as to click here, fill out the form to send us an email, and include this license key in the message? (You can select “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to open up the contact form on this page.) Please include a reference to this exchange in your email to us, and we’ll follow up right away to get this transfer completed for you!
Thanks so much, and we’ll see you over in email! 🙂

MemberHi Gavin,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like the second site linked here does, in fact, use some custom CSS to achieve the effect you’re looking for–specifically, the top event content is set at a percentage width and floated to the right of the page, allowing the meta box below to fill the empty space to the left. If you’re interested in applying custom CSS to achieve a similar effect on the other site, this Knowledgebase article on CSS styling for our plugins may be helpful as you’re getting started. Best of luck! 🙂
Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Steve,
Thanks for getting in touch! Importing Google Calendar events into our calendar plugins is supported by our all-purpose import tool, Event Aggregator (as well as imports from iCal, Facebook, and more). You can read more about the features of Event Aggregator on the linked product page–feel free to follow up here if you should have any other questions about any of our products or how they might work for your intended setup! 🙂
Cheers, and thanks again!

MemberHi Arthur,
Awesome, sounds like you’re well on your way! 🙂 You can read more about how to set up and use RSVPs on our Knowledgebase here, and there’s an article here on how to move your RSVP forms as needed. Hopefully those two will get you where you need to go! If you should have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out over on our WordPress.org support forum for Event Tickets–we’ll be more than glad to continue the conversation there.
Cheers, and best of luck!

MemberHi Julie,
Thanks for following up! Font changes applied through CSS should only require making changes to one file, tribe-events.css, which can be created as a new plain text file and saved in a new folder called tribe-events in your main theme folder. Our Knowledgebase article linked above provides more details on how to work with CSS and our plugins–if you’re not familiar with CSS development for websites, you might wish to begin with a simple primer on a site like W3Schools.com. Unfortunately, custom CSS development is beyond the scope of what support we’re able to offer, but we’re glad to provide resources and suggestions where we can over in our main support forums. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions on our WordPress.org forums (for free plugin users) or our premium forums (for users with premium licensing)!
Cheers, and best of luck with your customization endeavors! 🙂

MemberHi Arthur,
Thanks for reaching out–so sorry for the trouble here! Our standalone Event Tickets plugin can be used to create RSVP (free) tickets and attach them to WordPress posts, pages, or custom post types as needed. If you’re looking to create calendar events for your tickets, then you’ll want to add The Events Calendar to your site install, as well! It’s a free download and can be obtained from WordPress.org here or by searching “the events calendar” in the plugins directory on your WordPress site.
I hope that helps to get you started here! If you should have any other issues getting up and running, our new user primers (for The Events Calendar and Event Tickets) are great resources and should answer most questions that crop up during setup and installation. For anything else, we invite you to get in touch with us over on our WordPress.org support forums–we’ll be glad to assist with any other issues there!
Thanks again for stopping by, and happy ticketing! 🙂
