    Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! I’d be more than glad to assist you with your questions here. 🙂

    • The process for modifying ticket orders made using Event Tickets Plus will vary slightly depending on the e-commerce platform you choose to pair with it. However, order details can be edited by the site administrator regardless of platform. You can read more about how to manage ticket orders and attendees on our Knowledgebase here.
    • Additional attendee fields can be specified as either required or optional.
    • All additional attendee details will be available when viewing individual orders, as detailed in the Knowledgebase article linked above.
    • All ticket information, including additional fields, is requested before the buyer enters and submit payment information for the ticket(s).
    • Tickets are created on the individual posts, pages, or event pages that they will be listed on, and when the post/page/event is published, the ticket details are used to automatically create one or more products in WooCommerce (or your e-commerce platform of choice). WooCommerce stock control is used to manage sales and remaining stock.
    • At this time, tickets that were previously saved with the RSVP type must be recreated as WooCommerce tickets to ensure proper functionality.
    • Events Calendar PRO includes an upgraded list widget that will allow you to list events filtered by category! This widget can be rendered using a shortcode, as well.
    • Absolutely–Event Tickets Plus works great with either of our calendar plugins, as its ticket functions are self-contained. Feel free to use the calendar solution that works best for your needs!
    • We’re happy to offer a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins so that you can test them thoroughly and make sure that they’re working for your setup. If you should decide that they’re not an ideal fit for your needs for any reason, feel free to reach out to us using the form provided on our policy page. We’ll make sure that refund gets processed for you right away.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Dannielle,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you over on our WordPress.org support forum for The Events Calendar–would you be so kind as to submit a post with the details of your issues there?

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!

    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out! This is something that can most certainly be done for either of our calendar offerings (The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO). For importing events from Facebook or other sources, you’ll want to look into our Event Aggregator add-on, which provides a variety of import options from bringing your existing content in to use with our plugins. I’d be glad to answer any specific questions you might have about Event Aggregator that aren’t answered on the linked product page! 🙂

As far as trials are concerned, we don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide our products aren’t right for you.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for reaching out–we’re thrilled to hear that you’re considering the use of our products for your organization! We’d be more than glad to consider the inclusion of a 501(c)4 group into our nonprofit partnership program. Once your proof of 501(c)4 status is ready to submit, you can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. Let us know if you should have any questions about the program that aren’t answered there!

Regarding your listed needs here, I’d suggest submitting your application for Events Calendar PRO, which includes the upcoming event widget with support for category-specific filtering, as well as support for category filtering on main calendar views. You can then add on Event Aggregator for importing events from external sources such as Facebook or Google. This plugin isn’t provided for free to nonprofit partners, but accepted nonprofits can purchase any additional add-ons they need at a significant discount. 🙂

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks so much again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ted,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! While iCal Importer and Facebook Events are officially discontinued and ineligible for this type of exchange, I think we may be able to offer something else to help you out here! Would you mind clicking over here and dropping us a quick email with the details of your request? (You can choose “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to access the email form.) We’ll follow up as soon as we’re able to continue the conversation!

Thanks, and we’ll see you there! 🙂

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! I’m afraid that social media crossposting (including Facebook) isn’t included as a feature of Events Calendar PRO. You may wish to look into one of the third-party solutions available for crossposting from WordPress to Facebook, such as Facebook Auto Publish. (Please note that we haven’t personally tested any of these plugins with our calendar products, so we can’t guarantee their functionality or provide support for any issues that might crop up.)

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news here! That said, let us know if you should have any other questions about our products–we’d be more than glad to assist! 🙂

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for following up! If you don’t need support for actual ranges through Filter Bar, you can absolutely use event categories or tag for this–simply create your intended categories or tags in this way, then assign them to your events as needed. Categories and tags are included with both versions of The Events Calendar, and Filter Bar is not required for this functionality.

Regarding your last question, Filter Bar is a separate product that extends the functionality of either of our calendar plugins, and it is not included with Events Calendar PRO.

I hope that helps to clear things up! Thanks again for your interest, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Riccardo,

Thanks for following up! You’ll likely want both Community Events and Community Tickets for this setup. Community Events adds support for user-submitted events, while Community Tickets allows your users to add tickets to their own events. You can read more about each of these plugins at their linked product pages. Let me know if you should have any questions about either one–I’d be glad to answer them for you! 🙂

    Thank you!

    Hi Megan,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. Would you be so kind as to log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for Eventbrite Tickets? One of our support team members there will follow up as soon as possible to begin troubleshooting with you!

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for reaching out! Great question–if you don’t mind putting in the extra legwork to duplicate one or more single events manually, this method should work just fine for assigning tickets to individual events in a series. You may wish to look into a third-party post duplicator plugin to assist you with this process! There are quite a few available on the WordPress.org plugin repository, and nearly any that works with custom post types should work just fine for our calendar events.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting in touch! Filter Bar does include built-in support for location-based filtering when paired with Events Calendar PRO, as well as support for any additional fields you might add (such as postal code). However, the latter would only cover individual postal codes and not a range as indicated here. It’s possible that this effect may be achievable using some degree of customizations, but these would be beyond the scope of what we’re able to provide support for here on the forums, unfortunately. 🙁

I hope that helps to answer your question here! Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

    Hi Riccardo,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to add support for event organizers to submit and/or edit their own events and tickets, you might consider giving our plugins Community Events and Community Tickets another look. You can configure these plugins to accept event submissions from logged-in users only (so only event organizers would be granted logins), and these same users can be allowed to make changes to events they’ve submitted. We offer a Community Manager Bundle that includes both of these plugins along with Event Tickets Plus and Filter Bar, all at a discounted price compared to buying each plugin separately. It’s a great value and definitely worth considering if you think these plugins might be useful to you! (And it does look like your Event Tickets Plus purchase with us was made fairly recently, so we can certainly refund that if you’d like to pick up the bundle instead. ?)

I hope that helps to answer your question here! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!
