GuestHi,
Before committing to purchasing, I do have a few questions (quite a few I’m afraid as you don’t appear to offer a timed trial).
- If more than one ticket is purchased by a customer, can I:
- add and modify the fields that collect ticket holder info?
- Can some / all of those fields be made mandatory?
- How can I retrieve any info collected like this?
- At what point and where is that info requested from the customer?
- How exactly does the plugin integrate with Woo? I.E. Do I (or the plugin) set up tickets as products in Woo and use Woo’s stock control etc?
- Re the previous point – what if I already have some Woo product RSVP “tickets” using the non-plus Event Tickets plugin which I now want to charge for? Does the Plus plugin recognise them, or will they need to removed and re-added again through the Plus version?
- I have categorised events with their own category pages – I can show events created with the Plus plugin there (via shortcodes)?
- If I also use the non-pro Event Calendar, that will work / play nicely with Event Tickets Plus, i.e. it will see those ticketed events?
- If I purchased it and I just can’t make it work the way I need to make it work, will you refund me?
Many thanks.

Guest(apologies if my questions are hard to read – looks like the nested HTML OLs didn’t render properly for some reason)

MemberHi Adam,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! I’d be more than glad to assist you with your questions here. 🙂
- The process for modifying ticket orders made using Event Tickets Plus will vary slightly depending on the e-commerce platform you choose to pair with it. However, order details can be edited by the site administrator regardless of platform. You can read more about how to manage ticket orders and attendees on our Knowledgebase here.
- Additional attendee fields can be specified as either required or optional.
- All additional attendee details will be available when viewing individual orders, as detailed in the Knowledgebase article linked above.
- All ticket information, including additional fields, is requested before the buyer enters and submit payment information for the ticket(s).
- Tickets are created on the individual posts, pages, or event pages that they will be listed on, and when the post/page/event is published, the ticket details are used to automatically create one or more products in WooCommerce (or your e-commerce platform of choice). WooCommerce stock control is used to manage sales and remaining stock.
- At this time, tickets that were previously saved with the RSVP type must be recreated as WooCommerce tickets to ensure proper functionality.
- Events Calendar PRO includes an upgraded list widget that will allow you to list events filtered by category! This widget can be rendered using a shortcode, as well.
- Absolutely–Event Tickets Plus works great with either of our calendar plugins, as its ticket functions are self-contained. Feel free to use the calendar solution that works best for your needs!
- We’re happy to offer a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins so that you can test them thoroughly and make sure that they’re working for your setup. If you should decide that they’re not an ideal fit for your needs for any reason, feel free to reach out to us using the form provided on our policy page. We’ll make sure that refund gets processed for you right away.
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!
