Events Ticket

Hello there,

I downloaded the Events Ticket free plugin. Looked perfect for what I need, just really basic event information and rsvp form.

I installed and activated the plugin. But the only options in the dashboard ‘Event’s’ are

Events
– Settings
– Help
– Add-Ons

How do I create anything? I’ve cleared and downloaded the plugin a good 4/5 times now. Just wandering if this has happened before or something my end?

Thanks for reaching out–so sorry for the trouble here! Our standalone Event Tickets plugin can be used to create RSVP (free) tickets and attach them to WordPress posts, pages, or custom post types as needed. If you’re looking to create calendar events for your tickets, then you’ll want to add The Events Calendar to your site install, as well! It’s a free download and can be obtained from WordPress.org here or by searching “the events calendar” in the plugins directory on your WordPress site.

I hope that helps to get you started here! If you should have any other issues getting up and running, our new user primers (for The Events Calendar and Event Tickets) are great resources and should answer most questions that crop up during setup and installation. Thank you for resolving that issue, I have now added an event which is great. I see I can apply a page-template to that as well which is perfect.

One thing which I had a quick trawl around for is how do I display a RSVP form on a particular page?

Do you have a shortcode what pulls it in or something?
