    I inherited a website to manage and it has the Events Calendar Tickets Plus as a plugin. I don’t have access to the account here that was created by someone else in the past. I have my own account and was running one site on it. I’ve just upgraded to the Business package so I can include the site I’ve inherited. The licence key I have is invalid for the inherited site. I copied and pasted it into the Settings on the site but it’s not showing up here on my Licences and showing as invalid on the site. How can I make my licence the valid one? I need to be able to do updates etc.

    Perfect, we’re almost there! I wasn’t able to locate a license key that’s currently in use on this site–do you have the key on hand that you’d like to transfer to your other account? If so, would you be so kind as to click here, fill out the form to send us an email, and include this license key in the message? (You can select “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to open up the contact form on this page.) Please include a reference to this exchange in your email to us, and we’ll follow up right away to get this transfer completed for you!
