Hub Calendar Function??

I’m looking for some type of Hub Calendar. I have been talking to the people at Time.ly with All in One Events Calendar and they do have a Hub calendar option that should do what we are looking for, but I’m doing this work for non-profits so the ongoing funds for the monthly fee may be an issue. I’m basically looking for other alternatives to accomplish what we would like.

Situation is, there are at least 6 websites that all sponsor their own events, and they cross promote the events for each other (specific cultural community). I’m looking for one central calendar that each organization can add their events, and I can set the different views up for each site to embed, or link with the plugin depending on sites. I would need to also be able to create views based on categories as the shared ones would include events, not practices.

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins–happy to provide some guidance here if I can! 🙂 For your intended setup here, since you require a single master calendar as well as individual calendars for each individual site, I’d consider pairing one of our calendar plugins (The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO) with our Event Aggregator add-on. This tool allows you to import events from third-party sources such as Google Calendar or Facebook into your calendar and can be used on up to 10 separate sites on a single license. Using this, each of your individual site administrators can manage a single Google Calendar, which will house all events for that specific organization. You can then set up daily imports from these calendars for each site–each individual site will import its own events, and the parent site will import from all of the calendars to create a “master” calendar with all events.
