MemberHi Brett,
Thanks for following up! Can you provide any more clarification on what “Limited100” means in this context and how it relates to the type of ticket data you’re trying to import? Any details you can provide may help us to make suggestions here! 🙂
Thank you!

MemberHi Alix,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the issues you’re encountering with your translation files here! Since your inquiry is related to a specific translation, I’m going to move your thread to our translations forum section, where one of our team members will follow up as soon as possible! Please note that we are operating on reduced capacity this week, so it may be a few days until one of our multilingual team members is able to assist. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding! 🙂
Cheers, and we’ll be in touch shortly!

MemberHi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out! At the moment, we don’t offer any built-in options for changing the display of our event date pickers. Any changes to the existing date picker format would need to be made via changes and/or overrides to the existing jQuery and CSS. I’m sorry to disappoint! If you’re interested in seeing options for styling the date pickers added to a future plugin release, I’d suggest submitting your idea to our UserVoice forum, where it can be voted on by other users.
Again, I’m sorry to disappoint! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Natalia,
Thanks for following up! The forum link indicated here includes information written for much earlier versions of our plugins and isn’t directly applicable to the latest available versions. You’ll find the most up-to-date information on applying customizations to our plugins on our Themer’s Guide, including instructions for duplicating and modifying templates and a complete list of templates that can be changed to your preferences! You’ll want to check out the template files under the List View subheading beneath The Events Calendar on this page. Once you’ve found the proper template, you should be able to add a link button to each event in the loop using Cliff’s suggestion here.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with! 🙂

MemberHi Michael,
Thanks for taking the time to complete another round of conflict testing and report back with your findings! If you should need to temporarily roll back to an earlier version of Events Calendar PRO to restore proper widget functionality, you can easily access downloads for previous plugin versions from your account. You can read more about how to downgrade your installed plugins on our Knowledgebase here.
In the meantime, I’d suggest also reaching to your theme’s developer(s) to make them aware of the issue–we’ll be sure to take your comments here into account as we continue to develop and test for future releases! 🙂
Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberHi Anthony,
Thanks for reaching out–glad to hear you’re making some progress on your imports here! While we don’t have a built-in tool for pulling images via URL directly from Drupal into The Events Calendar, you may be able to bring these images into your WordPress Media Library using a third-party tool and add them to your events from there. You can find a variety of import tools for bringing content from Drupal here on the WordPress Codex.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out–happy to point you in the right direction here! Nearly all of our plugin templates are structured to be easily modified by the end user, and you’ll find more information on how to get started with making these changes on our Themer’s Guide. For the event hover tooltip, you’ll find the template file to duplicate and modify at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/tooltip.php.
Our team member Nico provided some great information on modifying event tooltips on another forum thread, which you may also find helpful as you’re getting started here!
Altering Event Tooltip display / displaying Additional Fields in tooltips
I hope these resources help you to make the necessary changes to your site! 🙂 Thanks again for getting in touch, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Gilbert,
Thanks for reaching out–I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having these issues with Community Events, but I’d love the opportunity to try and assist you here!
First things first, please make sure that you’re running the latest version of all of our plugins and that all of our plugin version numbers match. Since our plugins rely on code shared between them for a good portion of their functionality, errors can crop up when there are version discrepancies, and it does appear that some of your plugin versions are out of step.
Next, since we’ve pushed a number of updates to our plugins over the last year (and your theme and plugins have likely seen some changes, as well), I’d really like to run a quick round of conflict tests just to ensure that a conflict isn’t to blame for your problems. Would you be so kind as to take a moment to run through these steps on your site? Let us know if you’re able to do so and report back on your findings! 🙂
Thanks, and let us know if you should have any other questions!
