    Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for following up to confirm. As our next step in troubleshooting, would you please take a moment to run through a quick round of conflict testing on your site, testing to see if the problem persists along the way? You can find detailed instructions for completing conflict testing here on our Knowledgebase. Give it a look over, and let us know if you should have any questions as you’re getting started.

    Thank you!

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks for following up! I’m afraid that I simply don’t have any code on hand to share that might be helpful for this type of customization–I’m so sorry to disappoint. If we should develop a temporary solution to enable this feature, we’ll be share to share it on the UserVoice page for your suggestion so that any interested users can implement it right away. 🙂

Thanks again for reaching out, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with!

    Hi Tatsunori,

Of course–happy to assist. Assuming this image shows a portion of the list view for events and not just a single event, you’ll find the main list view content template here within your WordPress install:

    /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/content.php

And you’ll find the template for a single event within the list view here, so that you can customize the display for each single event within the list:

    /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php

These two files should be the main ones you’ll need to work with for this customization! Let us know if you should have any other questions as you’re diving in–we’ll be glad to assist.

    Cheers, and happy customizing! 🙂

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for taking a moment to share your system information with us here! I do notice that the version numbers for your installs of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO do not match the version number for your customized install of Event Tickets Plus–since our plugins rely on shared code for much of their functionality, this can potentially cause issues to manifest on certain site installs. If you’re able to upgrade or downgrade any combination of our plugins to at least bring them all to the same version number, you may notice some improvements!

From there, I’d like to kick us off with a round of conflict testing, which will allow us to observe how our plugins’ functionality and page load times are impacted by disabling potentially conflicting themes and plugins. 🙂

Give it a try, and let us know what you’re able to find out!

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks so much for following up with this information! In the interest of beginning with the lowest-hanging fruit first, would you mind taking a moment to update your calendar and ticketing plugins to the latest versions, then testing again to confirm whether your stock issues persist on the live site?

You may also wish to confirm that the setting Enable stock management is enabled under WooCommerce’s settings. You can read more about recommended settings for WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus on our Knowledgebase.

Let me know what the result of these two steps is, and we’ll see where we can go from there!

    Hi Stacie,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! Separate from our prior GoDaddy-related issue, we had an issue with attendee metadata that was recently addressed in version 4.4.5 of our plugins. If you can, would you please take a moment to confirm that all of your plugins have been updated to version 4.4.5, then let us know whether or not the problem persists? We’ll see where we can go from there!

    Thank you!

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for taking the time to follow up on this thread–glad to hear that you were able to find a temporary fix for your issue! If it might be possible, we’d love to be able to take a look at your site with the Cost filter active so that we can see the problem in action. Do you have a staging environment available that can be used to replicate this bug for us? (If so, you can share a link with us in a private reply to keep your staging site private.)

Thanks again, and let us know!

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer a built-in option to switch between a text field entry and a radio button for making ticket selections, this is something that may be achievable via custom coding, if you’re comfortable delving into customizations of this type. Our Themer’s Guide provides reference on our plugin template files and how to duplicate and modify them to your preferences, and it’s a great starting point for getting into customizing our plugins! (If you don’t feel comfortable taking on this task yourself, we also maintain a list of third-party developers who work with our plugins that may be of interest to you.)

If you’d like to see this functionality baked into a future release of Event Tickets Plus, we’d love to have you submit your feature suggestion over on our UserVoice forum–this will allow other users to share comments and vote their interest as well, and it’ll get your desired features on our development team’s radar!

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Tatsunori,

Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like this styling is a custom template modification for The Events Calendar, and I’m afraid that we don’t offer hands-on support for custom development of this type. However, you should be able to find all the resources you need to begin modifying your plugin template files on our Themer’s Guide! The default templates for our List View are located under the List View subheading, just beneath The Events Calendar. Give them a look over, and let us know if you should have any other questions as you’re getting started–while we can’t write your code for you, we’d be more than glad to try and offer suggestions to get you going in the right direction. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Rowan,

Thanks for stopping by, and thanks for the kind words about Event Aggregator! We happen to think it’s pretty great ourselves, and we’re glad that you agree! 🙂

I’m happy to report that the type of import you’re describing here is possible with Event Aggregator–as long as the event is public, you can easily import it with EA once you’ve obtained API access from Facebook. You can read more about the import process in detail on our Knowledgebase here. Feel free to follow up if you should have any specific questions about the process that we can answer for you!

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with!

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! It looks like your account is associated with one of our current approved nonprofits–I’m afraid that in accordance with our nonprofit program terms, we’re unable to provide support services for nonprofit users. You can read more about the terms of our nonprofit program on our Knowledgebase here.

If you should require premium support services for your nonprofit, we do ask that you purchase one of our paid licenses. You can use the coupon code provided in your acceptance email to help reduce the cost of your licensing.

I hope that helps! Thanks, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! This is certainly the first report we’ve seen of an issue such as this, so we’d love to take a closer look and see if we can determine what’s happening on your site.

It looks like these pages are archive pages or other types of views and are not “real” pages, per se, just different calendar views that have been accessed at some point. Can you confirm what type of error Google is reporting for each of these pages (assuming the same error is being returned for each page)? Any information you can share from your reports would be a great help to us in troubleshooting!

    Thank you!
