    Hi Uwe,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! I’d be more than glad to take a look with you and see if we can figure out what’s happening on your site.

To get things started here, would you be willing to take a moment to share your system information with us? This Knowledgebase article provides instructions on how to obtain this info and share it securely with us–let us know if you should have any issues as you’re working through the steps!

    Thank you!

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for getting in touch! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Events Calendar PRO isn’t right for you.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

We’re happy to offer a nonprofit partnership program to provide free and/or discounted product licenses to qualifying organizations–you can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. Let us know if you should have any questions about the program that aren’t answered there!

    Thank you!

    Hi Michael,

Thanks so much for taking the time to bring this ongoing issue back to our attention! I’ve added this thread to our bug ticket and adjusted the priority upwards accordingly. We’ll be sure to follow up with an update as soon as there’s news to share on the progress of an official fix!

Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do for you!

    Hi Adrien,

Thanks for reaching out–what a strange issue! We’d be glad to take a closer look and see if we can figure out what’s happening here.

First off, just to confirm, are any of the duplicated events posted on one Facebook page and then shared on another page you’re importing from? (This doesn’t seem terribly likely to be the culprit, but it may be helpful information!)

If you’d be willing to share links to the pages you’re importing from, we’d like to try a few test imports and see if we can replicate your results. Are you able to provide those links to us here? If you’d prefer to keep the links private, you can post a private reply to this message, which ensures that only our support team members will be able to read it.

Thanks, and we’ll see where we can go from there! 🙂

    Hi Billy,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! We’d love to take a closer look and see if we can figure out what’s happening here. Are you able to share a link to one or both of the iCal feeds from which you’re importing events? If you’re willing, you can post the link or links as a private reply to this message so that only our support team members will be able to see them.

Thanks, and we’ll see where we can go from there! 🙂

    Hi Gigi,

Thanks for reaching out–glad to hear that you’ll soon be taking the plunge with our products! Unfortunately, I’m afraid that we’re only able to accept payment through either PayPal or Stripe at this time. I’d suggest looking into the payment methods available through PayPal if you’re needing a non-credit-card option for the time being. We’ll be glad to answer any specific questions you might have if you should require more information before placing your order!

Again, I’m so sorry to disappoint, but I hope that helps some! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Melissa,

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, our Events Calendar PRO plugin does not include any support for integrating with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce–this is all managed by our premium ticketing solution, Event Tickets Plus. If you’re just looking for a simple PayPal-based solution without tickets, you might consider pairing one of our calendar plugins with a simple PayPal payment button placed in the event description! You can read more about how to create a PayPal button on PayPal’s documentation here. We also offer an option for disabling ticket emails from Event Tickets Plus if you’d just like to sell event admission without distributing paper tickets; the snippet for accomplishing this can be found here on our Knowledgebase.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Prakash,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! If you’re looking to provide support for multiple vendors to publish events and sell tickets on your site, you’ll need the following plugins to accomplish this:

We see a number of users who request this setup, so in the interest of keeping things simple (and saving our customers a bit of money!), we’ve created a discounted bundle that combines Event Tickets Plus, Community Events, Community Tickets, and Filter Bar into one single purchase! The Community Manager Bundle is super easy to buy and set up and a great value for projects such as yours–I highly recommend giving it a look over to see if it might fit your needs!

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Jenny,

Thanks for reaching out–happy to hear that you’re considering a move to our plugins! 🙂 Event Espresso does support the export of events to CSV format, which can then be imported by our free core plugin The Events Calendar. You can read more about exporting from Event Espresso here, and we have more information on CSV imports here on our Knowledgebase.

For your second question, just to clarify, are you interested in providing “sale”-type discounts for certain tickets within an event? If so, sale pricing should be supported by Event Tickets Plus to the extent that it’s supported by the e-commerce platform of your choice (such as WooCommerce). Feel free to test with a few platforms to see which works best for your needs–our support team members are on hand to answer any questions that might crop up along the way. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for following up. I’d suggest beginning with our conflict testing guide and our other Knowledgebase resources, as conflict testing would be the first step in any troubleshooting we would lead you through via the support forums! Most issues are quickly resolved once a conflicting theme or plugin is identified through this testing. Let us know if you should have any questions about how to complete this testing on your site–we’ll be glad to assist!

    Thanks again!

    Hi Justin,

Perfect–thanks so much for sharing that link with us! It appears as though navigating from the main calendar view to the next month without selecting any filters is still appending some filters to the page URL, which may be causing events with no cost to be filtered out of the results. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate this specific issue on a testing site. I do see a handful of JS errors cropping up on the staging site, including multiple instances of the Google Maps API. This type of script error can cause problems with other scripts such as those used by Filter Bar, so it may be worth checking to see if some of these errors can be addressed!

From there, I’d suggest running through a round of more complete conflict testing on your staging site to see if it’s possible to identify a specific theme or plugin that’s causing issues.

Give it a try, and let us know if you should have any questions or concerns as you go! 🙂

Thanks for following up to confirm–hope that the update to 4.4.5 will resolve any remaining issues on your end! Please don’t hesitate to follow up with us if any problems should persist. We’ll be more than glad to take a closer look!

Cheers, and thanks for the well wishes! 🙂
