Hello. My website is http://www.orofino.com/events. I am a pro user.
I am having an issue with not being able to advance to the next month’s event by clicking on the link below the calendar… it just spins and spins and never loads?
I am using the Avada Theme
    Please advise! ?

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! It looks like your account is associated with one of our current approved nonprofits–I’m afraid that in accordance with our nonprofit program terms, we’re unable to provide support services for nonprofit users. You can read more about the terms of our nonprofit program on our Knowledgebase here.

If you should require premium support services for your nonprofit, we do ask that you purchase one of our paid licenses. You can use the coupon code provided in your acceptance email to help reduce the cost of your licensing.

I hope that helps! Thanks, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for following up. I’d suggest beginning with our conflict testing guide and our other Knowledgebase resources, as conflict testing would be the first step in any troubleshooting we would lead you through via the support forums! Most issues are quickly resolved once a conflicting theme or plugin is identified through this testing. Let us know if you should have any questions about how to complete this testing on your site–we’ll be glad to assist!

    Thanks again!

I did the conflict testing…. I turned off all plugins (except Events Calendar) and switched to reccomended theme… problem still exsisted…. That is why I contact you… I am a single person and I have put hours into uploading events… really need this to work instead of switching to different plugin…. PLEASE! 🙂

Also I did see on forums that sometimes with the Avada Theme it is a problem with the header file sometimes?

    Next Month Links not Working

But I did check my header and it does have the
    <body <?php body_class(); ?>>…..

    Hi Stephanie,

I certainly empathize with your frustrations here, and I’m truly sorry to hear that you’ve been struggling with this problem for some time now! Unfortunately, our resources are simply too limited to provide premium-level support to all of our approved nonprofit users in addition to our premium user base and our free user community on WordPress.org. We’re happy to provide no-cost licenses to nonprofits with the understanding that applicants should be comfortable with using our existing reference materials, such as the Knowledgebase and forum searches, for any issues that may crop up during regular usage. We do hope you understand. 🙁

That said, if you believe that you have encountered a legitimate bug on your site, we’d be happy to take a closer look to confirm and see if we can replicate the problem on our end. Using our conflict testing guide as a reference, would you please disable all plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, change your active theme back to a default WordPress theme, and send us a link to your site via email? We’ll take a look and follow up to continue the conversation there!

Thanks, and we’ll see you over in email!

We’re having the same exact issue. And we’re a non-profit. If this gets figured out, we’d love to know the solution too!

    Hi Tracy,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re experiencing the same or a similar issue on your own site, we’d love to get some more details so that we might figure out what we’re dealing with here! Would you mind taking a moment to follow the conflict testing steps outlined in the above posts, then submitting a new post on our WordPress.org support forums with your findings? Any insights you can provide would be a huge help!

Thanks so much, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

We did get it figured out for now… our issue had to do with the security we had in place. Sucuri is our company and they jumped at the chance to help me. So basically it had to do with permissions… if you have Sucuri I can get into more details…. if not…. ask your host about AJAX errors and Memory limits… we also had to adjust those….
I can give you the specific text if it might help?
But on a side note I did exhaust every solution I could find before I contacted support…. I deactivated all plugins and did everything events calendar asked… but could not find a solution by myself. I was very dissapointed in events calendar support for not helping me… just because I am a non-profit and got the software for free. We did promote them on social media and had planned to subscribe when funds became available. But alas… we were told there was no support available in any way shape or form other than self education through the forums. LAme. we spent hours uploading events and tweaking… so if we would have had to switch plugins it would have been a huge issue as we are also nonprofit and cannot afford to hire extra help. I just keep my fingers crossed and hoping the fix continues to work and nothing else’s happens…

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for taking the time to follow up–glad to hear that you were able to get these issues resolved on your site!

Again, I do apologize for our inability to provide direct support in this situation. 🙁 We’re happy to provide no-cost licensing for Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus to approved nonprofits with the understanding that we aren’t able to furnish support services for problems unrelated to legitimate bugs. These terms are clearly stated on our nonprofit partnership program’s Knowledgebase article as well as on our nonprofit program application form. We do recommend that nonprofit users consider purchasing paid licensing if they believe they may require hands-on support services at any point in the future, and we’re happy to provide discount coupons to help ease the financial burden in these cases. Our support team simply does not have the resources to offer full hands-on support services to all of our free, premium, and nonprofit users–we apologize again for the disappointment here, and we do hope you understand.

As your issue is resolved and this current discussion is no longer relevant to pre-sales, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out. If you should have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread in the appropriate forum or reach out to us via email. We thank you for your support and wish you the best of luck with your project! 🙂
