MemberHi Severin,
Thanks for reaching out to us here–you’ve come to the right place for your question! ๐ If your site setup requires you to activate your existing Filter Bar license on 4 to 8 separate URLs, it sounds like our Agency license level should be a good fit for your needs! This license tier supports up to 10 separate site activations, which should cover all of your site versions plus your test environment. You can upgrade your existing license right from your account with us, if you’re ready to purchase! This Knowledgebase article will walk you through the process:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Julian,
Thanks for reaching out! We’ve tried to develop our core calendar plugins with SEO compatibility in mind, but for the most robust set of tools to manage your event SEO, you’ll likely want to pair The Events Calendar (or any of our other plugins) with a dedicated SEO plugin. Yoast SEO is a popular choice among our users–I’d suggest giving it a try to see if it might meet your needs here! ๐
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Ihtezaz,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! I’d be more than glad to take the time to answer these questions for you! ๐
- Great question! If you’re looking to display certain events in a distinct section to highlight or separate them from the rest, you might consider designating those events as featured events, as detailed in this Knowledgebase article. This will apply a unique attribute to these events so that they are more emphasized on your calendar pages. Or, if you’d prefer a separate location for these events, Events Calendar PRO‘s Event List Widget allows you to display selected events (filtered by category, tag, or other criteria) in a sidebar widget. You can read more about configuring this widget on our Knowledgebase here.
- Unfortunately, there’s no built-in way to do this with either The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. However, you may be able to achieve it with a bit of customization! The tribe_events_event_schedule_details_inner filter hook might be a great place to start if you’re looking to change the dates that are output for your long-term events. We’re unfortunately not able to assist with complex customizations such as these, but our Themer’s Guide should prove helpful, and this forum thread provides a bit more detail on using this hook for a similar customization!
- There are no limitations on other plugin, though it’s worth considering the limitations of your hosting plan and/or server if you’re planning on creating an extremely large number of events! Otherwise, go nuts! ๐
- You can use the category functionality that’s built into our calendar plugins to link to full calendars for specific categories–and with the [tribe_events] shortcode for Events Calendar PRO, you can even embed them in other posts or pages. Simply assign your events to their own categories, then link or embed as needed! Here’s an example of a category calendar from our WP Shindig demo site! You can learn more about the [tribe_events] shortcode here on our Knowledgebase, as well.
- You most certainly do! Our premium support is provided right here on the forums and is available for one year after your original date of purchase (though you can renew to extend your support as long as you’d like). This Knowledgebase article goes into a bit more depth regarding the level of support that is provided to our license holders.
- Events Calendar PRO is built upon the same core code as The Events Calendar, and their default displays are the same–if you’re happy with your calendar view on the free version, you won’t see any major changes when moving to PRO unless you make those settings changes yourself.
- We do offer a full 30-day refund policy if you should decide that Events Calendar PRO isn’t right for you. (That said, we hope that you won’t need it!)
- A Personal license for Events Calendar PRO is $89 for the first year and covers one full year of updates, feature additions, and premium support. Should you choose to renew after your first year, you’ll be eligible for our renewal discount on your order. Our company is based in the US, and VAT is not charged for international purchases. ๐
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Kevin,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! It sounds like you’re wanting to bring in customer details and payment info from Bookeo to use for ticket purchases with Event Tickets Plus–am I understanding correctly here? Unfortunately, since Event Tickets Plus uses a separate e-commerce platform (such as WooCommerce) for payment processing and order management, it’s not possible to import those customer details through our plugins. I’m so sorry to disappoint. ๐ That said, our various plugins do support a number of popular formats for bringing in other types of data–if there’s a particular set of data that you’re interested in importing, let us know! We just might have a solution that fits your needs here.
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Kyle,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out! It looks like you’re still within the 30-day refund period for your two individual licenses, so the quickest way may simply be to refund these licenses and let you purchase the Ultimate Bundle whenever you’re ready. Would you mind taking a moment to complete our refund request form with your purchase details? We’ll make sure that gets taken care of for you right away! ๐
Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out! You can achieve this type of functionality with Event Tickets Plus by simply creating multiple tickets for each of your events–one ticket type for each timeslot–and setting the stock for each ticket type to limit the amount of tickets per timeslot. For more info on creating tickets with Event Tickets Plus, check out our Knowledgebase article here!
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Alon,
Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’ll want to use the tribe_get_venue function for your purposes instead of tribe_get_events. You can read more about this function and how to use it here in our Technical Docs:
https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_get_venue/
I hope that helps to get you on your way! ๐ Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

MemberHi Guy,
Thanks for reaching out–great question! If you’ll only be using our plugins on a handful of sites within a multisite network, you can certainly select one of our single-site license tiers and simply install and activate your plugins on each sub-site as needed. However, it’s worth noting that on multisite networks, only our Multisite license tier include additional multisite features such as network activation and automatic updates. You can learn more about our Multisite licenses and how to select the best option for your site setup on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
I hope that helps! ๐ Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi David,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out–I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with your CSV imports here! I’m afraid that we’re not equippedย to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- If you’re using one or more of our free pluginsย such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
- If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post (as you have here) that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us. This will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Justin,
Glad to hear it! And great question–the distance filter in Filter Bar uses geolocation data from Google Maps for positioning, in much the same manner as Events Calendar PRO’s location search. As such, any mappable location should return accurate results! You can test a location search for yourself on our WP Shindig demo site! Try navigating to the month of August and searching a London postcode. ๐
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else that I can do to assist!

MemberHiย Shailesh,
Thanks for following up! The RSVP option is available to users directly on the event submission form when Community Events, Community Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus are all active on your site. If you’re just using Community Events with the free version of Event Tickets, the RSVP option is still available, but it can only be added via the WordPress admin after an event has been submitted. When using this option, you’ll want to ensure that event submission is restricted to logged-in users only and configure your settings to allow users to edit their own events. You can read more about settings for Community Events on our Knowledgebase here.
Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else that I can do to assist! ๐

MemberHi Nahum,
Thanks for following up! I’ve gone ahead and reached out with some more information at the email address provided for your account. Let’s continue the conversation over there! ๐ Thanks, and we’ll see you over in email!

MemberHi Paul,
That’s a great idea and one you absolutely could use in this scenario! ๐ Simply create your discount code in WooCommerce and use it when placing any orders for offline customers. Of course, you’ll want to make sure you do this in a private/incognito browser window or when otherwise logged out of your account, as this will ensure that tickets won’t be incorrectly assigned to your own user credentials!
Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here! Cheers, and thanks again!
Caroline
MemberHi Paul,
Great, I’m so glad to hear it! You’re very welcome!ย It looks like you’re all sorted here, so I’m going to close this thread out, but please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else that we can do to assist! ๐ Thank you!
