Moving from Bookeo to Events Calendar Pro

Hi. I have a client interested in using Events Calendar Pro on their site. Currently they are using Bookeo, but Bookeo doesn’t have some of the features that my client needs. The question is, they have about 3 years worth of customer info saved on Bookeo that they don’t want to lose.

Customers can op-in to save their CC info for future bookings, along with specific info that they may want updates on. Can they import their database into Events Calendar Pro?

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! It sounds like you’re wanting to bring in customer details and payment info from Bookeo to use for ticket purchases with Event Tickets Plus–am I understanding correctly here? Unfortunately, since Event Tickets Plus uses a separate e-commerce platform (such as WooCommerce) for payment processing and order management, it’s not possible to import those customer details through our plugins. I’m so sorry to disappoint. 🙁 That said, our various plugins do support a number of popular formats for bringing in other types of data–if there’s a particular set of data that you’re interested in importing, let us know! We just might have a solution that fits your needs here.
