ParticipantDear Modern Tribe team,
as it is not possible to call or write you directly, I am hereby asking you in this way if you could help me which type of license for the Events Calendar Filter Bar do we need for our company page? The last order we made was #1067778 for 89 dollars but it seems that we need a different one. Our web page is one site but has four language versions fully integrated + we also have the test environment (-> one more time four) – it is the same URL address only with wordpress before the URL.
Thank you for your advice!

MemberHi Severin,
Thanks for reaching out to us here–you’ve come to the right place for your question! 🙂 If your site setup requires you to activate your existing Filter Bar license on 4 to 8 separate URLs, it sounds like our Agency license level should be a good fit for your needs! This license tier supports up to 10 separate site activations, which should cover all of your site versions plus your test environment. You can upgrade your existing license right from your account with us, if you’re ready to purchase! This Knowledgebase article will walk you through the process:

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

ParticipantHi Caroline,
thank you for your prompt reply. No, we don´t have 4 or 8 different URL´s, as I wrote, we have
http://www.domain.com -> /de /es /fr
http://www.test.domain.com -> /de /es /frWhich license should we get?
Thanks a lot, Severin

MemberHi Severin,
Thanks for providing a bit more clarification here! License key activations are determined by the number of WordPress installs on your site; if your subdirectories for different languages are all housed beneath the same WordPress install, a single activation should be enough to cover all of them. In this case, a Business license (which allows for up to 3 site activations) should be sufficient for both your live and test environments. If you’re still not sure, you can always begin with the Business license and upgrade your license to add more slots if needed. You can read more about how to upgrade license keys on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

ParticipantHi Caroline,
thank you for your advice. I have just renewed our license and afterwards upgraded to the business license, everything seems to work just fine!
Thanks so much, Severin
