    Hi Richard,

Thanks for the bit of extra clarification here! Yes, each date within a recurring event series does have its own unique URL. However, our plugins do not support reminder emails for upcoming events at this time–only confirmation emails will be sent when tickets are purchased. That said, you can customize these emails as desired by using the template referenced in our Themer’s Guide! You’ll want to use the template file located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php in your WordPress directory.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Julien,

Thanks for following up! Our Community Events add-on is available as a premium plugin offering only, though you can pair it with either the free version of The Events Calendar or the premium Events Calendar PRO. Feel free to compare the features of each and choose the calendar option that works best for your project! 🙂

Support for different event timezones is included with all of our plugins, as is SEO compatibility. Keyword searches for calendar events will search event titles, descriptions, and excerpts; you can additionally view events by category or tag, and Events Calendar PRO adds support for location-based searches, as well. You can extend the searching and filtering capabilities of our plugins even further by adding on Filter Bar, which lets you filter events by nearly any criteria imaginable!

Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here! Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Victoria,

Thanks for following up! No worries at all–we’re happy to assist with any and all questions here! 🙂 You can definitely use just one calendar license and installation to show unique events on different pages of your site. Our [tribe_events] shortcode (included as a feature of Events Calendar PRO) will allow you to embed specific calendar views into your pages, filtering your events by criteria such as category, tags, featured status, and more. You can read more about how to use this feature on our Knowledgebase here:

    Hi Cekar,

Thanks for reaching out! You’ll find a button for exporting the current view’s events to iCal/ICS format on the bottom of any page of events, and buttons for exporting to iCal/ICS or Google Calendar are available on single event pages, as well. You can read more about exporting with these options on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/exporting-events/

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for reaching out! If I’m understanding you correctly, it sounds like you want to provide a calendar that allows for submissions from a variety of users (perhaps with our Community Events plugin), and you’d like to ensure that your organization’s events are highlighted among the other events on your calendar. If that’s the case, it sounds like our featured event functionality might be just the solution you’re looking for. By designating your events as featured events, they’ll be emphasized on your calendars and widgets, so your users are sure not to miss them! You can learn more about how to designate your events as featured events on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/featured-events/

Does that help to answer your question here? Let me know if I’ve misunderstood or if you should have any other questions! Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by! 🙂

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! 🙂 To meet the diverse needs of our customers with unique site setups, we’ve opted to offer our plugins individually based on the features they provide for your events and calendars. If you’re looking to add the features of both Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus to your site, you’ll need to purchase both plugins. You might also consider looking at our available product bundles if you’re looking to add multiple premium plugins to your site’s setup! We’ve got a handful of great pre-assembled bundles to choose from, and all come at significant discounts compared to buying each plugin individually.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Matheus,

Thanks for reaching out! Our plugins are exclusively developed for use on WordPress-based sites at this time, and we don’t offer any themes or static HTML site templates for other purposes. If you’re looking for some templates to use on your site, I’d suggest researching some options on a repository such as ThemeForest–you’re sure to find plenty of options there!

Cheers, and best of luck! 🙂

    Hi Lewis,

Thanks so much for stopping by and having a look at our plugin offerings! 🙂 While we don’t currently offer the schedule and/or speaker functionality that you describe as a built-in feature or add-on, there are a few ways that you might be able to achieve what you’re looking for! For example, our built-in “Organizers” meta, which is used to store data on event organizers, could be renamed to “Speakers” and repurposed to that end. We offer a free extension in our Extensions Library that can be used to easily change these (and many other) labels across our plugins:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/

For detailed schedules that are assigned to specific events, I’d suggest dropping this information into the event description field–this would definitely be the easiest way to display these details to your users, and our description field supports HTML in the same manner as a standard WordPress post or page. If you’d prefer a more custom implementation, you might consider reaching out to an experienced developer for further assistance. We do maintain a list of third-party developers here who work with our products and who would be more than glad to discuss your project needs in greater depth! 🙂

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for your consideration, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do for you!

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! It looks like most of your requirements can be easily met by our plugins straight out of the box! With The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO powering your calendar events, you can add on Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus (along with the supported e-commerce platform of your choice, such as WooCommerce) to allow your users to click through to any event and purchase tickets. Your users will then receive an emailed confirmation, along with a separate email containing their printable ticket(s). Email reminders are not currently supported, though this feature is slated to be included in a future product update. Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide a timeline for when that functionality might be available, though you can keep up with the latest updates by following the feature request over on our UserVoice forums:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event

If this feature is critical for your site’s setup, you might consider employing the services of a third-party developer to add this functionality for you–we do maintain a list of third-party developers who work with our products right over here.

I hope that helps to answer your questions here! 🙂 Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!

    Hi Stacy,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks as though your Events Calendar PRO licensing is still current at this time, but your Community Events license does appear to have expired. You can renew this license from your existing account by following our usual renewal process, which is detailed here in our Knowledgebase. Your nonprofit discount coupon can be applied to the cost of this renewal, if desired–simply click the “Got a coupon?” link in the sidebar when viewing your cart contents and paste your coupon code into the provided field.

I hope that helps! In the future, email is best for any inquiries related to our nonprofit partnership program–you can simply message us at the same email address from which you received your original approval. Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Shailesh,

Thanks for reaching out! While Community Events and Community Tickets would certainly provide the needed support for user-submitted events on your option, there’s no option within any of our plugins at this time that would restrict the viewing of events on a per-user basis. If you’re interested in having this functionality built custom for your site, I’d suggest reaching out to a third-party developer who works with our products for more information! We maintain a list of such developers here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Event Tickets Plus isn’t right for you.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out! Our Event Tickets Plus plugin employs the use of an additional e-commerce plugin for payment processing and order management, so any payment gateway that is supported by your e-commerce platform of choice should work with Event Tickets Plus. I’d suggest referring to the documentation for our two supported platforms, WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, for more information on what payment gateways are supported by each.

Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂
