KeymasterBonjour David,

KeymasterHi rickweaver,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
What you described sounds like a bug. Could you please share your System Information? (you may set your reply as “Private”).
Also, could you try to deactivate all your other plugins, and switch to the default theme to see if that makes a difference? You may read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know what you find out during the process.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Vernon,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ?
Did you buy one of our premium plugins, such as Events Calendar PRO? If so, could you log in with the email address you’ve used to get the plugin? That would allow you to get premium support, while we would have access to your System Information.
In case you are only using our code plugin, please visite the forum on the .org website for technical assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar

KeymasterHi Lars,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I can’t access your website as it’s protected by a password, so I’m not sure where your bug comes from. That being said, I noticed you don’t have the latest versions of our plugins. Could you update The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to versions 4.6.22.1 and 4.4.31 respectively? Does that make a difference?
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Fidele,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins 🙂
You would be able to add a service charge fee on your events with our plugin Event Tickets. By adding our premium plugin Event Tickets Plus, you could sell tickets using an E-commerce solution such as WooCommerce.
However, I’m afraid there is no setting in Event Tickets Plus that would allow visitors to name a price for tickets.
We do offer 30 day refund policy though, so you could try it out and if it does not work request one.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, could you please share your System Information?
Also, could you confirm that you created your events series by selecting the following things:
- “Weekly“
- Every “1“
- on Friday and Saturday
- Series end on 2018-10-31
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi,
Sorry, I hadn’t seen the problem in the first place but now I realized your calendar doesn’t behave correctly on smaller screens.
How did you create this page? Did you use a shortcode? If so, which shortcode did you use?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterBonjour David,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
It’s strange that we don’t see the same thing. Are you looking at your website while logged in? If so, could you log out and tell me if you see the +/- buttons or not? (https://www.alohasportevents.at/event/aloha-tri-traun-sprint/)
It really looks like a conflict. I would recommend you to follow carefully the different steps mentioned in our documentation about Testing for conflicts. In case you can’t make use of a staging site to test things there, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
