Hi Michelle,
I’m glad your website is working properly now. We recently had difficulties synchronizing Facebook and Event Aggregator, because of a sudden change in Facebook’s Privacy Policy. Our developers have been working hard to fix the issues, but if you find some other bugs, please contact us again and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Cheers,

JeremyKeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Because of a sudden new plan to restrict data access, Facebook recently made some significant changes to its APIs (the protocols through which applications can speak to Facebook). Those moves included the Facebook Events API, which impacted Event Aggregator before we could anything.
Our developers are working hard to fix this issue. Meanwhile, you can get more information and updates by reading this article in our Knowledgebase.
Thank you for your patience and continued support,
Jeremy

JeremyJeremyKeymasterHi Michelle,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I just had a look at your website, I don’t see the problem you mention about the locations: the Venue name appears on the page while the Google Map with the correct address is displayed properly. Is it something else which is missing?
Thanks in advance for your reply,
Cheers,

JeremyKeymasterHi Scott,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you.
To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help and share a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status? Do you see any errors in there?
Cheers,
Jeremy
