Purchased Even Aggregator but not working

Hi there,

I purchased the above and am looking to import events from eventbrite and meetup but (although I have a licence number and my account is live) the only option I have on the drop down when I click import is to buy Event Aggregator or ‘cvs file’

assistance required asap please and thank you

From your WordPress back-office, please go to Events > Help > System Information and click on Copy to clipboard so you could paste it when you reply to this message (be sure to set your reply as “private”).
