ParticipantWhen I click on the “View All xx Events” link in a calendar, the list page I am taken to is empty. However, when I navigate to the “Next” or “Previous” days, the complete list for those days, and event eventually the original date I clicked for, shows up. I am not able to find if this is a settings issue or a bug. Would you kindly help?

KeymasterHi Lars,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I can’t access your website as it’s protected by a password, so I’m not sure where your bug comes from. That being said, I noticed you don’t have the latest versions of our plugins. Could you update The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to versions 4.6.22.1 and 4.4.31 respectively? Does that make a difference?
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Lars,
I saw your calendar and noticed your issue. It’s not a settings issue but a bug, which might be caused by a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
Did you try to deactivate all other plugins? Did that make a difference? Also, could you try to switch to the default theme, Twenty Seventeen, and look again at your calendar? You may read carefully our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
In case you don’t havve a staging site and to test things there, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Please let me know what you find out during the process.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Jeremy,
The problem we have discussed would be solved if I display “all events,” in which case, the client would be happy if I can move the tooltip to appear to the left of column. The University disallows access to the master files, so in CSS I have tried to modify positioning of “.tribe-events-tooltip”. Can you give me a hint, please?
Aloha,
Lars

KeymasterHi Lars,
It would be possible to display the tooltip (.tribe-events-tooltip) on the left via CSS.
However, that would be problematic for events on the very first columns (we wouldn’t see the tooltip on smaller screens)…
Do you have an example of how you would like the tooltip to appear?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
