KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
And thank you Tamara for your suggestion! That could have been a solution.
However, in this case, I think it’s not a CSS problem. I visited the website on a Macbook pro with Chrome and couldn’t see the +/- buttons either (they aren’t in the html). Could you share your System Information so that I could understand your set up better?
I noticed you did deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Could you see the +/- buttons with all other plugins deactivated? And with Twenty Seventeen activated?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterRe-bonjour David,

KeymasterHi Reine,
Thank you for the clarification.
Ok, I see what you mean. Unfortunately, there has’t been much progress regarding the feature you wish for. It would be possible to achieve though, but would require some important customizations both in PHP and jQuery.
In order to get you started, you may refer to our Themer’s Guide:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/.
We also have a list of recommended freelancers:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/custom-development/
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I visited your website (https://rtyc.org/events) but didn’t notice any problem with your mobile view. Did you switch back to a previous version of our plugin? Or did you get this problem on a page other than https://rtyc.org/events? If so, did you use a shortcode (and which one?).
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the clarification.
It’s well a known bug then. I’ve added this thread to the bug report, and I will set this ticket as “Pending fix” so that we can warn you as soon as the problem is resolved (I can’t give you a release date yet, but it should be part of the next maintenance release).
Thank you for your patience and understanding 🙂

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I noticed you have an outdated version of Events Calendar PRO. If you have a PRO license, could you update it? Otherwise, could you deactivate it, and tell me if you still have the same issue without EC PRO?
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterBonjour David,

I’m glad you managed to solve your problem!
I’m going to close this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further concerns 🙂

KeymasterHi,
If you still have a problem, it might be due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Could you deactivate all other plugins to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and try again? Please read carefully our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and WP_DEBUG_LOG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG) ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Ken,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to fix your problem, you may add the following snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-photo .tribe-events-event-details { padding: 20px 0px 25px 30px; width: 100%; } .tribe-events-photo .tribe-events-list-photo-description { padding: 22px 10px 0; } .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-content { padding: 0 5% 0 0; width: 100%; }I hope this helps.
Cheers,
