    Hello,

I am investigating slow loading times within the backend of our site. Using the plugin “query monitor” i noticed that whenever I view a page which lists some events, there’s always one huge query which takes around 18 (!) seconds to load.

We where coming from version 4.6.18 of The Events Calendar and version 4.4.27 of TEC PRO. Now, I have updated all to the latest versions (4.6.22.1 and 4.4.31 respectively) and I noticed a huge decrease in the loading times of this query. So this is positive!

Yet, this query still takes around 6-7 seconds every time, which is still too much if you ask me. Also, there’s the semi-occasional hiccup when the query takes about 30-40 seconds. So I need your help to debug this further.

First, here’s a screenshot of the query I mentioned: https://prnt.sc/kqt2rm

I’ve already tried this with all non-nescessary plugins disabled, but it doesn’t have any effect on this particular query.

How do we troubleshoot this further?

    Many thanks in advance!
