KeymasterHi @jskk123,
Just to clarify, updates regarding the Facebook issue specifically are posted on the second page that you linked to (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/). The status page (https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/) is also continuously updated, but this page is for EA issues with any of the import sources, including Facebook. Sorry for the confusion there!

KeymasterHi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out!
When you delete an attendee, the stock should increase by 1 automatically. This article has some more details on cancellations.
Just to clarify, are you deleting attendees from an RSVP, or are you deleting the RSVP altogether from the event?
May 7, 2018 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Event Tickets Plus CSV export with attendee custom fields #1524727Jennifer
KeymasterHi Steve,
First, I want to apologize for the delay here! It looks like my initial reply didn’t save – so sorry about that!
The additional fields are included in the attendee export CSV. I would recommend creating an event in a test site to see how this works (the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing if you don’t already have a staging site). If this isn’t working for you, the first step would be to follow the instructions here or use a plugin like Health Check to test for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin. If you have any questions or run into any issues, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jerry,
Thanks for reaching out!
First, I’m not 100% sure what you’re referring to by an “hourly calendar underneath the daily events” with the week view shortcode. Can you send me a screenshot (or preferably a link to a page where you’re using this shortcode) so that I can take a look? You may be able to do a customization to change this.
Regarding the This Week widget, you are correct that it only displays the current week by default…are you trying to display events for the entire month? If you can provide a few more details on how you would like it to display, I’ll be happy to try to offer some other suggestions 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you haven’t been able to get your key saved, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!
I took a look at your system info, and it looks like both your Pro and Event Aggregator keys are saved on your site, even if they are not showing up in your settings. I also see that your site is registered on our end with both keys. Were you able to get this resolved? If not, you can try switching to a default environment (all other plugins disabled and a default theme enabled) and see if the keys show up? If so, then you can try reenabling them one at a time to see when they disappear – this will help identify any conflicts that might be happening.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
There is not currently a shortcode for the community submission form, although we do have a feature request for this – I would recommend casting your vote there, which will allow you to stay up-to-date on progress for that request and helps us gauge user interest in new features.
For now, there are a couple of things that you can try…
If this custom template is your theme’s page template, then you can try changing the “Events template” setting under Events > Settings > Display to “Default Page Template”. This will use your theme’s page template instead of the default one from the plugin.
Alternatively, you can customize the submission form template by following these instructions. The template for this form can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/edit-event.php. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mark,
The currency symbol settings should work in Event Tickets without the Event Tickets Plus extension. If this isn’t working on your end, I would recommend running through these steps as a starting point.
We are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, as we use it to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them. You can however post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is another great resource, and you can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue.
Thanks,
Jennifer
May 7, 2018 at 2:04 pm in reply to: Prevent Woocommerce Product Page from redirecting to an event page #1524677Jennifer
KeymasterHi Cordes,
I’m glad that helped! There is not an out-of-the-box way to add the custom attendee fields to the WooCommerce product page…you could do this with a customization, but this would likely be on the complicated side. If you would like to have the code done for you, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.
If this is a feature you would like to see added in the future, we’d love it if you could post the idea in our Feature Ideas Forum! We use it to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.
I’m sorry that I don’t have a more straightforward solution here, but please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi April,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
The Events List widget does give you the option to only display featured events. A slider is not included in the plugin, but you could use a third-party slider (one that supports custom post types) with events. You could test this out with the free version, The Events Calendar, as it would work the same way with Events Calendar Pro.
There is an “Add HTML before event content” option in the settings, which lets you insert content above the main content on all events pages. If you would like this to only appear on certain views (such as photo view but not the single event pages), then you can do a template override.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Glenn,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You can use Event Tickets to add RSVP-style tickets to your events or sell tickets via PayPal, or you can use Event Tickets Plus to sell tickets via WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. ET+ also comes with some additional features like the ability to collect additional information from attendees when they register for an event.
When a user registers for an event, they will receive an email with their tickets (in addition to an order confirmation email from WooCommerce if you go with that platform). You can customize this by doing a template override.
There is not currently an out-of-the-box way to send reminder emails, but some of our users have been able to get this set up with WooCommerce’s Follow Up Emails extension. You can also export the attendee list and import it into a third-party mailing platform to send out reminders and additional emails.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Cindy,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
There is not an out-of-the-box way to change that text, but you could do so with a customization.

KeymasterHi Alesha,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
This type of functionality is not available in The Events Calendar, although you could use a third-party plugin like Post Duplicator to copy events and other post types.
With Events Calendar Pro, you have the ability to create recurring events, which lets you set multiple rules on an event to essentially create copies of the event whenever you would like.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Miguel,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Events are posts themselves, and there is not an out-of-the-box way to associate a specific event with another post on your site. However, you can add categories to posts, and using the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro, you can display all events or events of a specific category on other pages on your site. You can see the different calendar views over on our demo site. List, day, and month come with The Events Calendar, and week, photo, and map come with Events Calendar Pro.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
