    Hi. Just bought the Events Calendar Pro and a license for The Event Aggregator. When pasting the license for the event aggregator it first says “Thanks for setting up a valid key…”, but when I hit “save changes” it just disappears. Any solutions??

    Hello,

    I’m sorry that you haven’t been able to get your key saved, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    I took a look at your system info, and it looks like both your Pro and Event Aggregator keys are saved on your site, even if they are not showing up in your settings. I also see that your site is registered on our end with both keys. Were you able to get this resolved? If not, you can try switching to a default environment (all other plugins disabled and a default theme enabled) and see if the keys show up? If so, then you can try reenabling them one at a time to see when they disappear – this will help identify any conflicts that might be happening.
