    Hi guys,
    Further to my other ticket on this, I’m wondering if we can work out a partial refund rather than a full refund. The fact is, I paid $100 (CAD) for Aggregator less than 30 days ago on the understanding that it could import from Facebook, which it can no longer do, and which eliminates more than 90 per cent of its usefulness to me, since 98% of the events I’d want to import come from Facebook.

    That said, the ability to bulk import using CSV files is better than nothing at all if I can persuade at least some of my sources to prep a file for me. It means we all have to invest time, which costs the very money this software was supposed to save, but it takes less time than entering the events one by one.
