KeymasterHi Cordes,
Thanks for reaching out! This is a great question…Since tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, they typically work pretty well with WooCommerce extensions. However, the default ticket form will not integrate with them by default. So, you can do a customization to integrate them, for which our themer’s guide will be helpful, or you can alternatively sell tickets from the default WooCommerce page. This article has some more info on how to do this.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations and third-party integrations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Colin,
Thanks for reaching out! For customizations like this, the best place to start is with our themer’s guide. However, we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, as we use it to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license. Please note that even in our premium forums for license-holders, we are limited in the amount of support we can provide for customizations.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ryan,
We actually have a free extension that you can download to accomplish this – can you give it a try and let me know if it works for you?

KeymasterI can’t say for certain what happened with the other key…occasionally when issues like this pop up, the fix is a simple reset, which deleting and disconnecting the key or generating a new key takes care of. In any case, I’m glad to hear it’s working again!
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please feel free to open up a new one if you run into any other issues.

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You can indeed create events like this using the recurring events feature of Events Calendar Pro; you have the option to create multiple recurrence rules on the same event (see screenshot).
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kevin,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on. Can you try removing the license again, but this time also disconnect your site before adding it back in? This issue pops up occasionally following renewals, but these two steps typically resolve it.
If this doesn’t work, please let me know, and I can generate a new key for you.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Larry!
In The Events Calendar, events can only be created from the backend, but our Community Events add-on provides a front-end form which will allow users to submit events without having admin access. It also provides some options, like whether or not to require users to have an account to create events and what status events should be submitted into, allowing you the opportunity to review and edit them before they are published to your calendar.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Community Events for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Frank,
Thanks for reaching out – by default, the list view on your main events page only shows upcoming events; month view does show past events, but they are styled differently from the upcoming events. You can see the default views here.
If you’re getting different behavior, then you’ll want to run through the steps outlined here to see if there is something else on your site that is conflicting with the calendar. We are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, as we use this to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

KeymasterThe file path is actually wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/edit-event.php – sorry for the typo there! Let me know if you are able to get it working with that template.

KeymasterNo problem, I just processed it for you. You can check back on this issue anytime on this page, and when things are up and running again, we will let you know!

KeymasterHi @jskk123,
You should be able to see the reply now – however, we are posting updates on this here as we get them, so I would recommend keeping an eye on that article for the most up-to-date info.
If you have any further questions on this, can you please open up a new thread? This helps us keep things organized and provide personalized support. We’ll be happy to help you out from there!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Pal,
Thanks for clarifying, and I’m sorry about the delay here…There is not an out-of-the-box way to add info from the WooCommerce order to the attendees export. You could do this with a customization (this article has an example from another user who was doing something similar), but note that this will only provide the address for the purchaser, not each individual attendee.
A simpler option here would be to use the custom fields that come with Event Tickets Plus to add address fields on the ticket itself. If you set them to required, the user will need to provide an address for each attendee before proceeding to checkout. You can also save the fieldset so that you can quickly add these fields to new tickets without having to recreate them each time.
Let me know if this will work for you! If you opt for the customization, please note that this is outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction if you get stuck 🙂
